"Even if it is almost attached to the airport, it is a 10-15 min ride by the shuttle due to the winding streets. The hotel is clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed for simple, one-night stays after coming and before leaving Zurich. It is a simple airport hotel, at a reasonable price, which allows all necessary amenities. Caution: It is not a walkable distance from the airport but the hotel offers a shuttle that comes every half hour outside Arrivals of Terminal 1."

"The hotel is a 8 minute easy walk from Zurich HB or 4 minutes by tram #4 or 15. Excellent location with immense choices of restaurants, cafes, grocery stores (COOP, MIGROS) in all price ranges. Bahnhofstrasse the mail shopping for high end boutiques is a7 minute walk. The hotel staff is helpful and extreme friendly. "Location was great for our 2 night stay in Luzern. 5 min walk from the train station. The breakfast food and staff at Bacio restaurant onsite could be greatly improved. We were asked to move seats at 9am on Sunday so they could set up the afternoon service (brunch was listed to last until 11am). Sadly all the hot food was lukewarm/cold as well. "

"We read views about lack of Air Con but we were not worried as we were staying in Feb when it was colder. The hotel is conveniently located close to 83 and 89 bus stop and number 2 tram. You can get to airport in 20 ish minutes and Zurich HB also within 20 minutws"

"Cons- The family accomodation not suitable for more than 4 people with a max of 2 adults per stay. The towels were tiny, they were only big enough to wrap around my 5 year old son. The lift in the building was tiny and only big enough for 2 people. Pro-The apartment was easily accessible and the communication was excellent. The supermarkets were the next to the apartment which was great. The walk to the city was easy and close. "
