A good place for a night in transit but not for extended stays. Staff very helpful , nice home cooked meals. Free airport pickup was very handy. Very quiet surroundings. Nice pool

Cherchez un autre établissement.
Très déçus malgré un prix plus elevé que la moyenne dans le secteur. Le personnel est complètement désorganisé. Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Le lendemain matin le transfert vers l'aéroport n'était pas prévu (alors qu'on nous a demandé les informations horaires la veille) et plusieurs clients du même hôtel étaient dans le même cas. Petit déjeuner servi à l'arrache et nourriture à la limite de l'acceptable... Mauvaise expérience en général.

Miałem zarezerwowany pokój obok recepcji na jedną noc. Pomieszczenie to bardziej przypominalo wybetonowany schron niż pokoj hotelowy. Ściany i podłoga w kolorze surowego betonu raczej nie byly sprzyjające do wypoczynku przed długim powrotem do kraju. Ręczniki i pościel podarte , koloru szarego. Chodniczki przed łóżkiem brudne, podobnie jak całe pomieszczenie. Drzwi wejsciowe domykane "kopnieciem w futryne". Slomkowe żaluzje w oknie podarte, więc trzeba było wieszać ubranie , żeby uchronic się przed podgladaczami z zewnatrz. Brak szamponu, czajnika, stołu, wieszakow. Pokoj brudny i z robactwem. Ogólne wrazenie to : zmyć jak najprędzej brud, który pozostał na ciele po pobycie w tym hotelu. Cena? W centrum Kolombo miałem w tej cenie pokoj 4*. S O

Its a good place to stay when trying to cinvene with a flight. The food was good. I had an allergy that I flagged but food still came out with some of the foods but that was down to language barrier rather than poor service. The room was very comfortable but there was a bit of a smell from the shower drain. The towel I had been given had a hole torn in the middle of it. The staff were lovely though and dropped us to the airport. It was just a bit expensive but would still stay there again if needed to be near the airport.

Ikke godt nok!
Vi ankom hotellet svært sent, mellom 1:30 og 02:00. Hotellet var varslet på forhånd om at flyet vårt ville lande kl 01:15. Likevel måtte vi vente til kl 03:30 før vi fikk rommet!
