"All the above rated with 5 stars, such as cleanliness, staff friendliness, etc. were fine! But the public transport service from that location unfortunately is comparatively poor: A bus leaves once per hour. The next city train station is 10 min. walk away. With hurting feet and a day of conference and fair behind one it is a challenge to get there...esp. the return because that's slightly uphill. Otherwise: Recommended!"

"We loved the room. It was clean and large and had lots of storage space. The soap smelled nicer than other hotels use. The lounge and breakfast area were nice. We enjoyed the restaurant just down the road. And it was SO close to the train station's which was very handy. The breakfast was alright. Would have liked some hot food choices but what was offered was good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to english speakers. Negative was that the walls or something made creaking/bump noises during the day and night? Didn’t see much of the town because the restaurant and train were so close. Overall pleasant stay!"

"The perfect hotel on the border of the black forest, stunning scenery, great spa facilities, lovely staff. Easy to access, good roads and parking for car enthusiasts with low cars! Clean rooms with most things you would need (no coffee/tea facilities which was the only negative!). We will definitely be back!"
