Our 2014 newly built house is just 100 meters from the shore of Lake Millstatt, at a dead end (so no traffic and very quiet!), On the sunny side of the lake!
About 210 square meters of floor space, spread over 3 floors, all of which are designed as three separate apartment and so can be assigned, if desired, are at your disposal. Whether you are a larger group or three individual families - our house is the perfect holiday for you.
In the basement you will find a bedroom, 1 living room (with pull-out sofa bed - if necessary), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with toilet. Directly from the living room you have access to the sheltered terrace from which you just go through 4 steps directly into the garden.
On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 very (!) large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 full bath and a toilet. From the living room, it goes through a large sliding glass door directly onto the terrace, which is really big enough for larger groups.
And upstairs there is also again 1 living room with direct access to a terrace that again made possible by an outside stairway access to the garden. Also up here also have 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet and a toilet.

The house faces due south, which means you have all day sun and the magnificent views of the lake and the surrounding mountains is sending you every day in the perfect holiday mood.

For your summer vacation you have of course every day Lake Millstatt direct line of vision. Only scarce 150 meters from the beach, as can already jump before breakfast on the terrace the first time in the lake.

If you want to not swim or bathe, offers Seeboden course, any other type of holiday entertainment, whether pedal boating, windsurfing, rowing, tennis or simply shopping.
For hikers, mountaineers and climbers of the surrounding mountains of the Gailtaler or Gurktaler Alps are natural THE paradise.
For cyclists there are, among other things a bike path around the lake. Should golf be the holiday occupation of your choice, the next golf course "Millstätter See" is 5 minutes away.
And if you're looking for paragliding and hang gliding are - on Goldeck, also just 5 minutes away, exactly is on offer.
As winter vacationers, skier or snowboarder you are in our house only 5 minutes from the ski resort Goldeck away (with the longest black piste in the Alps). Thither there is also a free ski bus, which the house has 400 meters his stop. The Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim are in 20 - to reach 25 minutes. And you drive 45 minutes you can have fun on the slopes of Turracherhöhe and Katschberg. For the cross-country skiers among you there are several trails around the lake, some of them within easy walking distance.
