"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. "Zimmer nicht rechtzeitig zur Anreise fertig. Personal in der Küche beim Frühstück bei Anpassungswünschen unfreundlich und es wurde abgelehnt ohne auf mögliche Unverträglichkeiten einzugehen. Zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück und es ist mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen. Spa-Bereich sehr laut und Kinder planschen im Kneipbecken. Zu wenig Liegen und kaum Erholung durch die Geräuschkulisse."

"It's very remote, only reachable by car, yet a parking fee of 6€ per day is collected. They are not prepared for people with allergies or intolerances. So be prepared to bring your own food. I woould suggest to the owners to provide some kind of shuttle service to train or bus station or downtown Ahlbeck. Also a water kettle to prepare tea was missing as well as an option to lock the door from inside."
