"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Lamm, the 2 previous times it was as a couple this time I was a solo traveller. I had a single room and was pleasantly surprised (not having stayed in a single room before) the room had a fridge that came in handy, and a view of the valley from the balcony. The balcony had a seat so could chill out on. The restaurant was fully booked but as was a resident they found me a table, the food was lovely. The hotel isn’t actually in Baiersbronn, it’s some 2.5...

"There aren't a ton of options in Archen, but I was there unexpectedly with a motorcycle breakdown. This hotel was clean and worked perfectly for me. There are dining options within walking distance and I enjoyed their covered outdoor space in the front during a thunderstorm last night!"

"This might be a nice place during tourist season, but do not book here in the off season. Hotel was closed when we arrived and had to telphone someone to open for us. There was no heat in the hotel and had to call again about the heat. They brought us an electric heater, but it wasn't adequate. They finally turned on the heat to the room after calling expidia to complain. We were the only quests in the hotel that night, at least it was quiet."

Our room may be been considered a mini suite, as it contained a very spacious sitting area as well as a balcony. "The service was friendly and welcoming. The room was not so good. Quite small. bed was comfortable. Shower was very small but with plenty of hot water. no refrigerator. poor amenities. In the shower there is one dispenser with some liquid that is a one-for-all (shampoo conditioner and soap). It is very diluted and of poor quality. No slippers in the room. That created a problem because on the floor there was a terrible disgusting dirty carpet. It was a terrible feeling walking barefoot on the...

"Séjour tres agréable, nous y retournerons tres certainement ! Points positifs : l'hotel, le spa et la piscine invitent à la détente. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. "Above average breakfast and friendly staff. Overall quiet Parking is a challenge, many areas in this non-smoking hotel have a strong smoking smell, overall dated. Flimsy shower curtain can transfer you bathroom into a swimming pool. In case you are wondering, no AC and open windows might provide a lot of information about your fellow hotel guests. To be fair, there was always some wellness program which I did not participate as well as special evening dinner events."
