Sedona Village Golf Retreat is a spectacular property situated in the sought-after golf community in the Village of Oak Creek. You will love the location that is right across the street from the golf course, along with all the Village shops and restaurants. You will also be near the Hilton Hotel and Spa where you can take advantage of the resort amenities for just a small fee.

This single level home offers a spacious 2,770 square feet, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.

Upon entering the home via the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious main living area - the living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: The living room offers an open and bright ambiance and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy the wet bar and bar seating for a great entertaining area.

Kitchen: This large and fully equipped kitchen offers high-end stainless-steel appliance such as an electric glass stovetop and double ovens, granite counters and a center island with seating, Spices are also provided for preparation of your homemade meals.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for up to six.

Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, you will find comfortable leather furnishings, a gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV with Roku, and patio access.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master – King size bed, Smart TV, and patio access with surrounding views. The spacious private bathroom has separate granite counter vanities, a jetted tub, a separate tile and glass shower, and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 and 3 – Each bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV. These bedrooms have access to a shared full bathroom with a tub shower combination

You'll find a serene outdoor space with a partially covered patio with seating, private hot tub, a propane gas BBQ and a wood burning beehive-style fireplace.

Red rock stay
This property was outstanding. The outside space and patio were great with adobe, jacuzzi and plenty of seating. Very convenient to great restaurants, groceries, hiking and golf course on property. I would recommend this property. Thank you for a great week.

The house is amazing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a perfect location and within walking distance to the golf course and everything related to the wedding there. The house is even better than depicted. It was two couples staying and the house was large, private and beautiful. Furnishings and decor were very nice, and the house was furnished with everything we could've possibly needed. We really enjoyed the back patio including the hot tub, views and fountain.

Quick weekend get away.
This property was perfect for us and our friends for our weekend trip to Sedona. The home was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. There were restaurants close, a walking trail and the patio area was enjoyable in the evening.

Perfect Home for Us!
We stay at many VRBO’s, and this may be the most beautiful and comfortable with the best setting!! Close to hiking, golf, sight seeing, shopping, and some of Sedonas best restaurants are literally two minutes away if you drive slow! The set up is perfect for a few adults or couples to enjoy each others company and still be comfortable and private. Highly recommend!!

Great House, Great Location
Our group of six (two adult couples and one elderly couple) stayed here in November. Location is perfect - close to all area attractions and sights. The house has high ceilings so it feels even bigger than it is. Hot tub and patio grill were a bonus. We will definitely book here again.

Outdoor Space is Great!
Overall, it was exactly as advertised. It was clean and very convenient to the greater Sedona area. The inside was roomy enough that all the adults in our group could either gather or get some space from each other if they needed. And I’d say one of the highlights of the property was really the outdoor living space the views were great. It was really well-maintained and I will say the hot tub worked perfectly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and spacious! We booked this property specifically for the jacuzzi which only heated up to a lukewarm temp. So that was a bit disappointing. But overall had a great stay! Thank you!

Great vacation home in Sedona
My husband, adult daughter, and I spent a week in this lovely home and it was perfect. It is well decorated and the furnishings are very comfortable. We visited Sedona at the end of March and the weather was cooler. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and then relaxing by the fireplace. We slept very well as the beds were very comfortable. The home is in a great location, close to the grocery store, shopping, restaurants, great hiking spots, and golf. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation get-a-way.

Perfect accommodations
From top to bottom, inside and out, this property was perfect. This spacious home was tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Highlights were the hot tub (which we used multiple times each day) and the fire place. The home is located south of Sedona in Village of Oak Creek, which we found to be perfect. It was tranquil, less traffic than Sedona, yet close enough to all the attractions. The home is on a golf course and while we are not golfers, it is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Really nice house and in great location. High ceilings, nice outdoor space, wonderful furniture/layout and overall a very positive experience. Only giving four stars as one of the primary reasons we booked was for the hot tub and we were informed the day before our stay that it would not be functional. This was disappointing as it was one of the primary reasons we'd booked the unit. Outside of this, the house experience was great and would highly recommend.

We had a good time. Home very clean and well equipped Kitchen. Lots of towels. Had problem getting UTube TV. TV said we were in Spokane so would not let us connect. Hot Tub heater would not work. Wanted the heat for my back. Good instruction Book

Wonderful house in a perfect location.
This house is so nice, with brand new appliances, nice furnishings, and everything you need for a perfect trip. Clark's grocery nearby has everything you need. The people are so friendly. I wanted to stay forever! It's close to so many Red Rock hiking trails, and a short drive to down town Sedona. It's a great place for a walk (golf course is next door), and shopping/local restaurants. We stayed one week and hiked most of the week at Red Rock, but took one overnight trip to the Grand Canyon which is a 2 hour drive. You can use the Hilton gym, tennis courts, pool, etc for a daily fee. Very safe, beautiful area away from the busy streets of Sedona proper. We will definitely return to this house.

Beautiful property in great area
This is a great house with a nice backyard. The kitchen is good-sized with a sort of attached small seating area for watching television. There is a separate more formal living room which is comfortable for chatting or reading. The master suite is luxurious with a large bedroom and very large bath area. The other two bedrooms are a little small, but worked well for our children. Our children enjoyed the backyard and hot tub! The house was very clean. The only concerns we had were the seeming lack of hot water (we couldn't fill the whole master bathtub before it ran out), and that some of the can lightbulbs in the kitchen were out, and the ceiling is too high to replace them. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Amazing Property/ Location
This place is absolutely stunning. Great location right in Oak Creek Village with nice shops and restaurants nearby and a short easy drive to uptown Sedona. Beautiful private backyard, the bright purple flowered trees were the icing on the cake having come from the cold north where nothing was in bloom yet. The property itself is 5 stars for sure. I had to take a star off listing accuracy and communication because the listing states you can use the amenities at the Hilton resort across the street. That was not the case, for us anyway. Our kids were really bummed that they were not able to use the pools there, and it was a major factor in our decision to book that particular rental. Being kids, they were not as appreciative of the beauty of the house/property itself, they wanted a pool. In my attempt to clarify this by communicating with the host. I was told I had to talk to the resort, which I did, twice. The resort staff said that we could not use the resort pools even for a fee, unless we were Hilton Club Members, I am a Hilton member but not a "club" member. In fact the second time I asked the desk staff made it seem like my question was absurd and I was made to fell like a bother. So either the desk staff had no idea or the listing needs to be updated so some other family doesn't run into the same problem of kids expecting a pool if its not an option. Again its a beautiful property and I would absolutely stay here again, even without that pool option.
