This expansive two-level home and casita comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with 3 King bedrooms, a bonus room with 2 Twin XL beds, and 2 Queen sleeper sofas. The home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, making it an idyllic retreat for families, friends, and wellness seekers. Set up yoga mats in the sunroom, meditate in the tranquil garden, or watch the sunset glow over the mountains. Gather around the fire pit, stargaze from the great lawn, or unwind on the multiple decks with breathtaking views.

The main house features 2 King bedrooms, a bonus room with Twin XL beds, a spacious living area, and 2.5 bathrooms. The main living room is bright and airy, perfect for yoga, meditation, or relaxation. A lower-level living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, game table, 75” Roku TV, and Sony Soundbar. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, filtered purified water, and stunning Thunder Mountain views from the sink. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas with seating for 8 guests at each table, plus a propane BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

The master suite on the main level offers a King bed, sofa seating area, and Vizio TV. The second bedroom features a King bed, gas fireplace, loveseat, and writing desk with Thunder Mountain views. A bonus room on the lower level has two Twin XL beds. The main level bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, while the lower-level bathroom has a walk-in shower. A half bath is also located on the main level. King beds are Sealy Posturepedic hybrids (memory foam + coils) with optional memory foam toppers, and both queen sleeper sofas also have memory foam toppers for enhanced comfort.

The casita provides a private retreat with its own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The open-concept space includes a queen sleeper sofa, leather chairs, gas fireplace, Roku TV, and Sony Soundbar. French doors lead to a deck with a dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and dining for 4 guests. The casita bedroom features a King bed, while the newly remodeled bathroom includes a modern glass and tile walk-in shower.

The outdoor spaces are meticulously landscaped, with multiple seating areas for lounging or dining. Guests can unwind by the fire pit at the main house or the fire table at the casita. The great lawn is perfect for stargazing under Sedona's dark skies. Both the main house and casita have propane BBQ grills for outdoor meals.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, 75” Roku TVs with Sony Soundbars, full-size washers and dryers in both homes, central A/C and heating, and yoga mats available for guest use. Parking includes a 1-car garage at the casita and ample driveway space, with RV parking available upon request. There is no hot tub and pets are not allowed. A front doorbell security camera is active at the main house during reservations.
