You're on the ground floor. Owner lives upstairs and there's a sound proofed adjoining wall to another apartment in the back of the house. Make it your new home away from home!

Tarika's place was spotless, quiet, cozy, well-appointed and we loved it! Self check-in was easy & other than a bit of a search for a particular light switch, our stay was perfect!

Lovely, cozy home with a beautiful view of Sedona Mountains. I would love to go back.. The Place was perfect and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The host was very helpful and available. Overall an absolute amazing stay!

The location was great and check in process was very easy! The space was good for a couple and had the basic necessities. It was nice to have a small refrigerator for drinks. The bed was not very comfortable but tolerable since it was only 2 nights.

This place was spotless which made us feel instantly comfortable. It is small but has all that you need. The location was great for us but a car is necessary. The one small thing that would have made this stay perfect, was if there had been wifi included.

Enjoyed our stay. Home is in a beautiful neighborhood right in town, only 2.5 miles to uptown. Check in was easy, room was clean. Would stay here again.

All the comforts of home in a beautiful serene environment
This little place is compact but convenient and has all of the touches that one could ask for. It is quiet and private with ground floor access. Perfect for one or two people. Very private and secluded.

My wife and I spent the weekend in Sedona and this spot had everything we needed and was the perfect location! The place was clean and had more than enough space for the both of us. We would definitely book this place again!

Interrupted stay in beautiful Sedona
The little garden guesthouse was the perfect place for our short stay. It is conveniently located on west side of Sedona, near our favorite restaurants as well as favorite hiking trails. It is well decorated and comfortable and very clean. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with and very responsive although there were no issues to respond to, she just made everything very easy for us.

Dark check in
Arriving after dark was very difficult, unfortunately I wasn't able to get there until midnight and almost gave up on trying to find the place. This is one time it would have been great for someone to leave the porch light on. I know there's an ordinance in West Sedona that prohibits that but seriously I've never had so much trouble finding a place in the pitch dark

This pristine property exuded an undeniable charm; it effortlessly lived up to its description. Our check-in and check-out experiences were a harmonious symphony of ease. Communication with our host was not just prompt but also filled with delightful warmth. The serenity of the location wrapped us in a tranquil embrace, allowing us to reach every corner of enchanting Sedona in a mere 15 minutes. This cozy abode was a 6 day stay for my husband & I who enjoy hiking, Most of our meals were savored within the comforting walls, and dining on the patio became an exquisite ritual. The highest accolade we can bestow upon this slice of Sedona paradise is to return, with plans to do so already underway. Our stay was a testament to relaxation, and our gratitude knows no bounds. Thank you, for hosting us!

Not a great stay
Well to be fair the property is impecably clean and very nice decor. Other than that I could listen to most conversations and noise in the apartment at other side of the wall. I arrive late at night the day after a snow storm, and there was not place for me to park. Everything had a feet of snow. There was noone at the property to receive me . I had to improvised and ask for help to a gentleman driving by. He handed me a shovel and after heavy lifting I was able to park. My shoes got all wet because I had to walk through the snow to get my luggage to the apartment. Wrote to the owner and she only say sorry. I had paid the night before and she knew I had to pay for a hotel in Phoenix although I had already pay for this stay. She didn't give me a credit nor a discount for the snow inconvinience, but was prompt to asked me out my check out day. Check out was at 10am, I left 10:20am. IShe then apologized for rushing me out while ignoring I had left already. If you are an electro sensitive don't stay here. The electric brakers for the whole house are in the outside wall of the room. Next to the bed. So if you are like me, you will be feelling electricity your whole stay. I did not rest well. The air condition from the other apartment make a strange noise when is on, so you will be listening a noise that resembles a mouse crackling on paper many times, specially at night. I would not stay here again. If you don't mind to listen to other people's conversations and extra noises, feeling an electric field next to your bed e and you are ok with an owner with no sense of how to take care of a guess, then this might be the perfect place for you.
