Great place to stay in Uptown Sedona -- 10 min walk (max) to all the uptown shops and dining options. Nice views of red rocks right from the property! Would definitely recommend for a small group!

Perfect location, great house, and kind hosts
My mom and I really enjoyed our recent stay at the Rustic Sedona House. The location couldn't be more perfect. The house is close enough to town for easy strolls to the many restaurant options but tucked away so no traffic and totally quite. The views out the kitchen and living room windows are stunning. We arrived at night and were so amazed by the beautiful scenery when we woke up in the morning. The house is very comfortable (especially the beds!) and absolutely spotless as well as well-equipped. The hosts were very kind, even going out of their way to connect with us when we left something behind in the house. Our only regret is that we never made it to the brewery next door! We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!.

Great Stay for Family
My wife, 11 year old and daughter enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room, great kitchen and loved the jacuzzi. Location was perfect for walking downtown and located very near a brewery. Great stay.

Great taste of Sedona
Just blocks from the downtown commercial or looking out our north window to see the red rock of Sedona, our stay was perfect. Within driving distance to any where we wanted to go and within walking distance of downtown. Great hosts. Fun place to be.

What a great 2 bedroom home. Excellent spot. I love Uptown! Walkable to shops, food, Pink Jeep and a few trail heads. Super clean and well appointed kitchen. And the view … tough to beat!

This property was very nice. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all perfect for vacation. The house is updated with plenty of room and flows well. The hot tub is an excellent perk also! It's easy to navigate to and around the corner from a local brew house/ restaurant with delicious food.

House was well appointed with many small but important features such as big fluffy towels, coffee pods, very comfortable beds, kitchen set up and utensils, big TV, makeup remover wipes … so close to town so no issues trying to park during peak hours. Great place for two couples!

This property was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to town and next door to the Sedona Beer Co! The amenities were very thought out. The only this I would recommend is a full length mirror. We would definitely stay again!

Great Little House
This little house perfectly suited our needs. We walked up the road to some great hiking trails and down the road to restaurants and town. We enjoyed the 2 person hot tub each morning and having a garage was convenient. We will rent again if we return to Sedona.

Cozy house in scenic uptown Sedona
The place was very cozy and comfortable and it was stocked with all the essentials. The layout was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Spacious garage was really nice since we had a medium sized SUV.

Great property, great location!
We stayed at the Sedona House for a week and were pleased with every aspect of our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was spotless. We loved being able to walk to town, and the farthest hiking trailhead was only a 20-minute drive from the house. Taylor was quick to respond to communications. Hope to return in the future!

Perfect Location
This home is so perfectly located. Walking distance to uptown shopping and restaurants. Home is extremely clean, well stocked and the beds were sooo comfortable. It was an added bonus to use the hot tub after a hike. The views out of the kitchen and living windows were amazing. Taylor was so professional, kind and helpful. Perfect location and size
Clean and comfortable with everything you need and easy walking distance to town. Enjoy Sedona beer co next door and elote cafe for dinner. Kitchen is well stocked, laundry and hot tub are great to have. Actually didn’t use the backyard much but if we had our dog we would have. Fit 4 adults with a teen on the pull out couch.
