House great...experience not so much
The house is great but had a lot of issues with the property management. My code didn't work when we checked in. I was given a temp code and told someone would call me back with a resolution but they never did. The fireplace didn't work and communication on the issue was frustrating and never resolved. And we requested early check-out but the management company refused to validate if it was accepted until the night before we left despite them promising they would confirm 24-48 hours in advance and charging a hefty premium for a few hour extension. I also called the previous day on a number they say they monitor 24/7 but no one answered the phone or returned my call. I own my own VRBO and I am very understanding when things happen and most owners / management companies will try to do what they can to make it right. In this instance, the fees charged were MUCH higher than properties I've stayed in the past and yet the service was very unsatisfactory and not once did they offer anything such as a discount in fees or anything else to make up for the multiple issues and bad service. I would recommend the house but I would be wary with the management company.

October with the kids
had a great time in the area, home was very comfortable and great location, only issues were that the flooring throughout the home was dirty (my wife actually bought wet swiffers and cleaned, also the drain in second bath was not flowing well)

Great rental! Wonderful view and location. Comfortable and cozy house.
We enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 4 went over the Christmas holiday. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is an amazing view of the beautiful red rock canyon walls from the kitchen/dining room. The house is located in the town of the Village of Oak Creek. It was maybe a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Sedona. The Village of Oak Creek has everything you need if you do not want to drive into downtown Sedona. The house is also located near many amazing hiking trails. The house was comfortable and everyone thought the beds were cozy. There was plenty of room for eating and relaxing! Check in and check out was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location
We loved the location: super easy access, out of the traffic areas, yet close to trails and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils for eating in during the Covid pandemic. Clean and roomy. We would definitely stay here again.
