Experience renewal and shed your worries at this inviting 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat in the beloved Chapel area of Sedona Arizona. Take in the expansive and awe-inspiring red rock views while bonding with your loved ones. This home offers a fun indoor pool table, an outside fire pit and is conveniently located within walking distance of Sedona's famous Cathedral Rock Trail and numerous other popular attractions.

King master with ensuite full bath.

Indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. Including outdoor living space, garage and washer and dryer.

House Rules:

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.

The property owner has a firm no pets policy.

We do not accept mail at this address.

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Please use garage for bike storage.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

Wonderful family time in Sedona!
My wife and I decided to take our three grown sons (ages 29, 26, and 21) and their significant others on a trip to Sedona for some family time, hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing. Between the natural beauty of Sedona and the wonderful living space provided by this amazing home, our time in Sedona will be forever treasured. This home provides an open space for hanging out, shooting pool, watching a movie together after a fun day, or just sitting around the table and catching up with each other. The four large bedrooms and two large bathrooms provided more than enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The large kitchen had everything that we needed. The property was close to everything and had fantastic views. Our host, Brandon, was excellent in communicating information about the area and answering any questions that we had. We had an amazing time!
