Property as advertised. A couple small issues, but still enjoyed the stay. Community/surrounding property is very nice and appreciate the amenities (pool, spa, golf, tennis/pickleball).

Fourth year in a row!

We love staying in the casita and have made it into a yearly tradition! It's clean and quiet in a country club neighborhood, and a quick drive to trailheads and restaurants/coffee. A big bonus is that the pool is just about a one minute walk away! Definitely a favorite spot.

A pleasant place to stay

We had a very pleasant, quiet stay here. It had everything we needed. One small suggestion: the nuts on the twin bed frames were loose, causing the headboards to rock back and forth a few times whenever someone would roll over. They could use some tightening.

A sedona favorite!

This is my 3rd year staying at the property, and it was as relaxing as ever. Clean, quiet, very short walk to the pool and hot tub. Can’t beat it! I will be back for sure.

The condo is located about a five -7 minute drive from multiple hiking trails which was spectacular! The condo was clean and the owners were kind and responsive. We had an amazing stay as thre condo had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Disappointed

This lovely golf course casita in amazing Sedona did not live up to expectation on many fronts. Upkeep of furnishings, windows, doors and back patio was not in evidence. Kitchen badly needs updating of cookware, serving ware, silverware(only 3 teaspoons and 4 forks, not matching) and dinnerware (smattering of mismatched plates and bowls that you might find in a thrift store). Clean windows would have been appreciated as the view is very nice.
