Arguably the best in this quiet, small and superbly-located complex, our 2nd level 3 bedroom, 1 bath condo offers the largest floor plan. Gorgeous red rock and tree top views from all the windows. The bright and upscale modern farmhouse design, cozy feel of the high-end furnshings, 2 master bedrooms with comfy king beds you want to dive into, 700+ thread count linens, three flat screen TV's and a fully stocked kitchen, make it the perfect home-away-from-home during any length of stay. The 3rd room is multifunctional and can be used as an office great for catching up on some work, as a place for the kids to play and do crafts on kids play/craft table (some toys provided; crib available on request), or a cozy third sleeping area with queen convertible couch or a cozy spot to read a book and gaze out the red rocks. The kitchen is decked out with granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, upgraded lighting and cabinets, and great kitchen gadgets making meal prep a snap. No need for eating out only at this vacation home--guests have commented on how well-appointed our kitchen is.

Visitors to the majestic red rocks will appreciate this upscale condo in enchanting Sedona, AZ. Conveniently located walking distance to great cafes, hiking trails, bike rental shops, golf courses, Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, too many archaeological sites to mention and just 15 minutes from Slide Rock, Up Town Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon and many new restaurants—this quaint town has all the charm.

The front patio with comfy outdoor furniture is a perfect spot for snack after a hike, sipping wine with a friend or working on your laptop (with our high speed wifi) and all of the outdoor space including gazebos, picnic benches, bike racks, 4 square court, basketball half court, laundry facility, workout room, community BBQs, doggy park area and refreshing pool (not heated, closed colder months November - February) are available for your enjoyment. Pets are welcome with a small fee per pet so the whole family can enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

For those spending a full season in the area, this lock-and-leave home is a good place to use as a base for visiting the Grand Canyon, Jerome, Flagstaff, Prescott and Las Vegas. Nearby freeways/highways I-17, 179 and 89A easily take you to Phoenix, Page Springs, Cottonwood, Flagstaff and beyond!

Family Trip to Sedona
We had a great stay at Brooke and Tim's condo. The condo is right near numerous shops and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and Brooke & Tim had provided everything we would need for our stay(including pool floats). They were good with communication. We have no complaints and would stay at this condo again...or rent from them at their other properties.

Perfect for a family that wants to be near hiking trails and a pool
We loved our time at Brooke and Tim’s rental. The condo had all the needed kitchenware for cooking, beach towels for the pool, and an awesome cooler, blanket, and chairs for our trip to slide rock. The beds were super comfortable and are family of five fit just right in the condo. The covered balcony seating area was lovely for coffee drinking and reading! There was nothing that we were “missing” during our stay! We have stayed at many rentals and this is one of the top ones thus far.

Fantastic Clean & Comfortable Condo bear Sedona
Condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The condo location was central to all the hiking and sight seeing in the area. The deck seating outside and the pool were totally enjoyed after our morning hikes. Owner was very responsive & prompt to all our questions.

We stayed here for a week while mountain biking in nearby Sedona. Condo was clean and well appointed. Location was great. Close to everything we needed without the traffic and bustle of Uptown Sedona.

We loved our stay! The condo was within walking distance to some of the best trails. It was very convenient to the store and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked. My kids loved playing basketball outside on the court. Very clean and it was a fabulous stay!

Family Weekend
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your condo. We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The location of your property was perfect for the activities we had planned. Our daughter got ill before the trip and was not able to stay with us, so we did have extra room. We had no issues during our stay. The condo is roomy and very clean. Beds were comfy and the living room/kitchen space offered everything we needed during our stay. I also loved that we were within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and lovely to experience. Thank you again and we'll definitely look into staying here again on our next trip to beautiful Sedona!

Perfect location, lovely condo
When staying in the Sedona area we always prefer the Village of Oak Creek. This condo is in an amazing location, right off the main road, easy walk ability or a short drive to Bell Rock, conveniently located to restaurants. The condo is clean and well appointed, the complex is quiet and clean.

The property pictures are true, a cute, cozy retreat in a great location away from the bustle of busy roads. It has most everything you need from a well stocked kitchen, reading materials, plenty of bath towels & items to get ready for the day. Most importantly, it was very clean & commnicating with the hosts was easy. No doubt we would stay here again or at another property of these hosts 😊

Red Rock Oasis
This was our first time out west and the entire experience was fantastic. The condo was clean, modern, and close to Sedona, without the traffic. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Our host, Brooke, was phenomenal and promptly responded to our messages. We used the included Red Rock Pass frequently as we explored several trails there. The pool was a plus and the water was refreshing after our long days of adventure. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to all of our friends and family. One of my favorite vacation destinations! Thank you Brooke for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic!
Everything about this spot was fantastic. The physical location was extremely convenient but also in a quiet complex (not to mention the great view of the Red Rocks). The apartment had a great layout, was beautifully decorated and had anything you could possibly need. Laundry in unit was a HUGE plus (especially with a little one), along with an available pack and play, and some toys in the closet. The pool was a little chilly, as to be expected since it's not heated, but it was a great way to cool off after a long morning hike. We will definitely be looking into Brook's Rentals again!

Wonderful place for our family!
We loved staying here! It’s close to everything we wanted to do, the views were amazing, and the three bedrooms really made us feel like we were at home! The owners were very responsive and quick and made everything easy for us! As an added bonus they even have the park pass hanging for use that we needed to do some of our hikes! As a side note with kids - if you go on spring break the pool is not heated, so it was a polar plunge for us. If you’re going in the summer the pool would be an awesome amenity to have! They also had toys and games and coloring that our kids played with for hours! We found a basketball in one of the closets and we played basketball out on the common court as well. It was an incredible place for our family! We have a 4, 9, and 11 year old and they all found things to do! We highly recommend this place for anyone!

Contemporary Clean Condo, Lovely Home Away from Home
The property is exceptionally maintained, obviously remodeled, super clean and well stocked. There was contactless check-in and communication was seamless. The owners and property managers definitely have an eye for design AND comfort. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked all our meals in the condo. The beds were the BEST beds we have slept on in a VRBO rental ..... not a compliment to take lightly! The front room was well designed for conversation & comfort with warm lighting and ability to play music. Note that the location is not in the heart of Sedona, but South of Bell Rock. For us, it was nice to be away from the traffic of downtown Sedona. It is an easy walk to the local coffee / bakery shop which was delicious. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Up front, why 3 stars? Checkin for the property is at 4 pm. When we arrived at 4:30, the property was not cleaned after the previous tenant. The owner phone number goes to voice mail. I emailed, texted and left a message. I was on the phone with VRBO support when the owner called me back. First option I was given was to go find a hotel. On Sunday. Memorial Day Weekend. In Sedona where there are no vacancies. Other option was to wait for Tim to come over and clean the property. We elected to go with that and grab dinner a few hours early. We were told to hold onto our receipt for dinner and they would cover it. This didn’t happen though. I don’t come back to remind them and beg, but it seems like a standard courtesy to come through on promises. Condo was ready around 7. Towels were still a bit damp due to the dryer cycle being stopped early. Kitchen still had some kind of sticky residue on the floor and down the cabinets. Bits of paper and candy were found under beds and furniture. Place was cleaned in a bit of a hurry, I can understand that. Overall, it was okay and hard to judge how it was supposed to be. We still paid full price for a 7 pm check in for a condo that was rushed so I can’t really be happy about it. Aside from this, we did like the place. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer worked well. Pool was nice. It is just hard to get over walking into someone else’s mess and having my evening and next morning plans upset.
