A perfect escape for families and friends to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer. This Uptown Sedona family home has 3 bedrooms, each with PRIVATE en-suite bath (3BA). Property features red rock views in a quiet neighborhood, with convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants of Uptown Sedona. The house is styled with comfortable furnishings and décor and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your every need.

Uptown is the IDEAL Sedona location - with a 5 min. walk to the main street, as well as easy access to nearby trails and spectacular Red Rock views in all directions. When you arrive at our home, you can leave your car behind and walk to pretty much anything you would like!

The home has an open concept living/dining/kitchen and plenty of outdoor spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and star gaze at night. The dining table seats up to 8 for meals and games. The living room has a 55" smart tv. A double garage for car and/or bike storage, and ample off-street parking. Two of the bedrooms are off the main living area, and the 3rd room is nestled at the back. All 3 bedrooms have ample storage and elbow room, providing guests their own private space.

This is THE perfect house in the perfect location to fully experience Sedona. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops, the arts district, and morning coffee and pastries!

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW (The Rules):

Check in Time is 4PM UNLESS prior arrangements are made.

SECURITY:
Smart Lock - An Access code will be provided and activated for the duration of your stay.

2 Exterior security CAMERAS (one at front entrance, one at rear entrance). Only used for home security and to ensure the registered number of guests are present.

Guest Contact Information: Contact Name and phone number is required for ALL Adult guests. Please provide guest names and contact phone numbers upon booking inquiry or confirmation

No events, No parties, and No large gatherings permitted

PETS: we are pet owners and know how difficult it is to escape for a quality vacation with our dogs - that is why we allow you to have up to TWO DOGS, with prior permission upon booking, with the designated PET FEE. Please ensure that your dogs are well behaved, and potty trained. Please avoid leaving them alone at the house when you leave. We ask that if you leave your pets unattended, leave them in the spacious Laundry room area with doors closed to protect the rest of the house from possible unexpected damage. No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission.
There should be doggie-waste bags in the pantry, as well as some gates in the laundry room that you can use to keep your dogs on the back deck if desired.

FIREPLACE: Use of the indoor Fireplace is NOT Permitted

NO SMOKING or Vaping of ANY substance: anywhere on the property, inside or out.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please respect the quiet nature of Sedona living enjoyed by visitors and neighbors alike!

Great get away
Great house for our family to get a quick break away from the heat and relax. Location is great and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The property was great. Home and the host exceeded our expectations and was perfect. Location was great and is walkable to shops and restaurants and amenities in uptown Sedona. Wonderful stay
This was a beautiful location for a reunion of dear longtime friends. The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent. The best for those of us coming from colder, rainier places were the two beautiful outdoor sitting areas with thoughtful landscaping and nice views. Furniture nicer than photos. Would definitely come back!

Great location and layout!
Well maintained 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with nice outdoor spaces, landscaping, and a fenced back yard with plenty of space for 3 cars. Large well equipped bright kitchen with a view. Owner was communicative throughout the stay.Plan to return. The stay reviewed was for 6 nights and we were very comfortable with the new HVAC system and the individual system for the back bedroom which allowed us to keep that space cooler than the other 2 bedrooms which was wonderful.

Fantastic!
This house is fantastic, I highly recommend. It was more spacious than I expected from the description. The house had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We could walk to uptown Sedona for shopping, meals, and tours. There were also some great hikes we could walk to. Sedona traffic can be challenging so being able to walk a lot was such a benefit. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Gordon's home. The home was very clean and Gordon was easy to communicate with. The VRBO pictures are accurate. It was a bonus to have coffee provided and the basic condiments such as oil, spices, mustard, etc. We were 4 adults and this home easily can accommodate 6. Of importance for us was to be close to the main part of Sedona with all the restaurants and shopping. This home was within a 3 minute drive and we easily could have walked to everything. But we were on vacation and decided to drive! Would highly recommend this property.

I came with my husband and parents and inlaws and our dog and everything from check in to our stay to check out was a smooth and effortless process. The house was beautiful and the location was great. The stars at night were so amazing and the surrounding mountains made this place even better. I loved that there were 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and the house was very clean. Highly recommend if you want to explore Sedona and be close to shops and restaurants!

I have been to Sedona over a dozen times in the past 20 years and have stayed in hotels, resorts, real B&Bs, and short term rentals. This rental was by far my favorite place to stay. This property was immaculately clean and very well laid out for a multi-generational or multi-family get together. Three spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the back yard with one having a private deck and separate AC system. The walk in closets were so large that my son wanted to put down a sleeping bag and declare one as his own private bedroom. Large communal dining room and living room gave us plenty of space and lots of board games and puzzles for the family to enjoy. If your group wants to spread out, there is even a couch and cardtable between the laundry and garage, a large deck (in addition to the bedroom private deck), a backyard seating area with firepit, and a semi-private front yard seating area. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential tools so we were able to cook whatever we wanted. Best of all is the location. Easy five minute walk to uptown Sedona with all the shops, restaurants, and activities. There is a small restaurant/brewing company on the next block. Host is very easy to talk to and incredibly responsive. This was the first time I can remember that not one person in my family had a single complaint about the place we stayed. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. The home was well appointed and very clean, inside and out. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Kitchen and living area, very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for our cooking and baking. The home is close enough to the downtown area action that we were able to walk and avoid any driving. There is a wonderful brewery the one block over. Our stay consisted of early morning hikes, then enjoying what Sedona had to offer for shopping and restaurants in the late afternoon/evening. Gordon was very responsive with my inquiries. We will be back. Thank you, Gordon and family for sharing your wonderful home!
