This house sleeps up to 7 people (please note that no one weighing over 120 pounds should use the top bunk of the bunk bed).
For the comfort of our guests and our neighbors in Sedona, THIS PROPERTY IS 100% SMOKE-FREE. Absolutely NO smoking of any sort, vaping, or burning of incense anywhere on the property . Any evidence of these activities - including on the patios or in the yard - will result in additional fees. If upon a departure inspection, there is evidence that Guest(s) have smoked in the home or on the property, they will be charged a penalty and will be financially liable for a full remediation of property; including, but not limited to: carpet and upholstery cleaning, deodorizing, ozone machine costs, wall painting, etc.
Sedona is a smoke-free city with restrictions for all public buildings, eateries etc.
