Our gorgeously remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home offers an open concept with fully stocked brand-new kitchen that is not your average vacation rental! We want you to feel right at home to cook, entertain and enjoy yourself. We also have an electric vehicle (EV) charging station for your use (extra fees will apply).

* MAIN BEDROOM: King bed with plush supportive mattress, fluffy comforter and pillows; dedicated desk space that doubles as a vanity for getting ready; we also have a full size washer and dryer tucked in the closet.
*SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed with plush supportive mattress, fluffy comforter and pillows
*THIRD BEDROOM: Full bed upper bunk and additional two twin size lower bunk beds with super comfortable mattresses, fluffy comforters and pillows, ultrasoft combed cotton sheets
* LIVING ROOM: Fluffy couch and pillows, comfortable living room chairs with smart TV; air mattress available upon request.
* BATHROOM 1: Relaxing tub, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided.
*BATHROOM 2: Shower with great water pressure, organic fibrosoft towels, extra storage, and hair dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps provided.
* KITCHEN: Stocked with stainless steel state-of-the-art appliances, all the essentials and much more to prepare your favorite meals and drinks. You find quality pots and pans, baking dishes, storage containers, sharp knives, citrus juicer, blender and other gadgets you don't need but want to have, French press, Nespresso machine with milk frother and coffee pods….pretty much most anything to make your stay wonderful.
* DINING: Seating for six at the gorgeous indoor dining table plus an additional seating for three at the kitchen island, as well as outdoor wood dining tables. Fabric napkins are available if you're feeling fancy.
* ENTERTAINMENT: Our high-speed internet is ready for you and all your devices in case you need to get some work done during your stay. We have three SmartTV loaded with all the many streaming apps as well as bluetooth speaker and record player with records. We also have some kids and adult board games for a break from screen time.
OUTDOOR
* PATIO & YARDS: One of our favorite things about this property (and there are many) is the zen outdoor lounge space. With tons of lounge options, egg chairs, yoga mats/blocks, propane BBQ grill. Bonus: we have lots of yoga mats and blocks to meditate or get your downward dog on. We do have a backyard that is enclosed for those traveling with pups.

LOCATION:
The Birch Bungalows are situated in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Minutes from uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, and the Sedona Airport. We are just 2 hours from Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport, and the Grand Canyon and 1 hour from Flagstaff Amtrak train station (highly recommend a sleeper car arrival into Northern AZ). We are 40 minutes from the old mining town of Jerome, nearby wineries and just 25 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood.
