The property features a pool, hot tub and a patio from which you can enjoy stunning panoramic views. It is centrally located within a few minutes’ walk or drive to the most popular hikes/vortexes in Sedona, the Sedona Golf Resort and great restaurants in the Village of Oak Creek (including award-winning and gourmet restaurant Cucina Rustica and J Wine Bistro) and within a short drive to downtown Sedona (approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic).

The house has an open floor concept with a gourmet kitchen, huge family room and spacious dining room with seating for 8, all with stunning views of red rock formations. There are 3 gas fireplaces, elegant accessories and artwork. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large windows with beautiful views, walk-in closet, bathroom, fireplace and TV. The 2nd bedroom mirrors the master bedroom with its king size bed, spectacular views, walk-in closet, bathroom, fireplace and TV. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size beds, a walk-in closet and TV. The 4th bedroom has a pull out sofa and TV.

The patio is large, with table/chairs/lounge set for 8 and a fire pit to enjoy the beauty of the scenery during the day and stargazing at night.

The hot tub can accommodate approximately 6-8 guests. The pool is solar heated between May 1 and October 31.

The house has a garage that can accommodate 1 car and the driveway can accommodate 2 additional cars. You will enjoy beautiful views from all rooms and throughout the house!
