This property is old and run down. The tub did not drain properly in room108. They added $ 17.00 for parking in their own property parking spaces….these are junk fees being added, especially since pandemic. The price of the room was over $340 (not worth it at all) plus additional parking fees not presented to us by Expedia or hotel reservation until arrival and shoved onto a “ parking permit”.Food: marginal for breakfast. Horrible arrogance by staff at desk…blamed it all on Expedia as third party. This leaves the customer whiplashed between two parties…the hotel and Expedia. Outrageous corporate behavior. Hampton and Expedia better get their act together or face legal action. Even had the right name attached to the wrong address on receipt, but for some place in Nevada….blamed it on Hilton Honors and Expedia. Desk said they could not fix it now. If you want my business you must perform…I expect to hear from both parties for this assault on the consumer. Prof M. Awesome experience!!!
My family ended up at this hotel because the hotel we reserved were apparently overbooked. When we went to our original hotel, the lady at the front desk told me that I should have been informed by the third party that I made reservation from and said she can't do anything about it. So my family was at the hotel lobby trying to figure out what to do. The third party that I used was very prompt and made a new reservation at Best Western Plus. We saw this hotel passing by and thought it was a very nice hotel. When we got there, the lady at the front desk, Kenya, was very kind and helpful. She even updated our hotel room when she heard our story and escorted us to our room. The hotel also has great amenities with indoor and outdoor pools, two big hot tubs, and access to the creek!! Our experience definitely made us consider Best Western the next time we book a hotel.

Arrived and given key to room already occupied (found out after trying room key and someone opening door). Fortunately was remedied after and another room was given. Nice large room with king bed but AC was having a hard time keeping up and the room was balmy. Fortunately only there for 1 night. Great breakfast offering the following morning. Decent rate for Sedona location.

Hotel Sold Room with Known A/C Issue in AZ Summer
The experience for our family was terrible at this location and we won't be back. Why? Hotel sold a room with a known AC problem and thought that was OK. I checked-in around 8pm and when i arrived at the room it was clear the hotel knew there was a problem b/c when i contacted the front desk the gal said "yeah, its been like that for a few days and can't figure our the problem". They were completely booked, so basically we were stuck there. I think its completely wrong to sell a room and charge a full rate when there is a problem... when i checked-out the next morning i explained i wanted an adjustment to my bill, front desk said they couldn't do anything. Girl at the desk was very apathetic to the situation... crazy. The lacking customer service skills demonstrated by the manager and staff is alarmingly horrible. Front desk clerk on Saturday morning was horrible. I asked her to take my number to have her manager call me (never heard back from anyone). I called again the following week to directly speak with the manager. The person told me she isn't available and could i email her instead b/c she is very busy. Email her?... umm NO. The girl insisted i email... again NO I want to discuss this directly on the phone. It's been 2 weeks and still no return phone call from anyone at this hotel. Oh... and they also made me pay $17 a night to park. This was not disclosed at check-in. That should be included in the rate for a hotel in Sedona, AZ... total money grab. STAY AWAY!
