The Space:
This spacious 3-bed, 3-bath townhome in a gated golf community offers comfort, fun, and stunning views. The upper level features a King Master with ensuite bath & patio access, a Queen Guest Suite, a cozy reading nook, a large living room with a twin trundle bed & TV, a fully stocked kitchen with two dining areas, a laundry room, and a patio with seating.
The lower level includes a King Guest Suite with ensuite bath and a game room with air hockey, pool, TV & seating. Step outside to the lower patio with a BBQ & outdoor dining. Enjoy access to a seasonal pool, tennis courts, and nearby trails, shops & restaurants. Sleeps 8, with an option for 10 upon request.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the property, excluding the owner closet, at 4 pm on the date of their check in - 10 am on the date of their check out.
The Neighborhood:
Private and gorgeous Village of Oak Creek neighborhood off of the beaten path yet still near hiking and biking trails, vortex sites, shops, restaurants, galleries, ruins, nigh life, shopping and more.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona. Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.
Other Things to Note:
This home sleeps 8, but two cots, for a group of 10, are available for an extra charge and must be requested in advance.
Pool is seasonal (May-October, weather permitting) and heated to 83 degrees. Hot tub is available all year round. Golf needs to be made by appointment through Canyon Mesa golf club.
Host can deny access to fire pit at any time.

Check-out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
