Living Room: The expansive living room boasts comfortable leather sofa seating, stylish accent chairs, and a Smart TV, all beautifully highlighted by an abundance of natural light.
Sun Room: Step down into the sunroom, featuring two luxurious oversized chaise lounges, perfect for unwinding in the abundance of natural light while indulging in a good book. From here, you'll also find convenient access to the backyard area.
Kitchen: This completely remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal! Gather at the oversized kitchen island which offers seating for 4.
Dining Area: Enjoy the expansive views from the dining table which offers seating for 8. Access the patio directly from the dining area which offers additional seating.

Attached Casita- The attached casita, accessible through its own private entrance separate from the main house, provides extra space and comfort for guests. This area includes a cozy living room equipped with a Smart TV, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each featuring a King-sized bed and a Smart TV. Additionally, the casita offers a full-size bathroom complete with a shower and an oversized tub.
Outdoor Area: The upper deck offers plenty of seating to enjoy the direct red rock views. In the lower backyard space, you will find plenty of outdoor seating, including hanging out around the fire table with seating. Take a dip in the private heated pool or relax in the above ground hot tub offering breathtaking views. A gas BBQ is available for grilling up your favorites. The backyard is fully fenced in.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated from October 1- March 31.
