girls hiking getaway
Great location, clean house, relaxing amenities and smooth check in/out procedure. We only had a couple questions while visiting but the host was quick to response. We will be back :) Comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub especially after hiking and a quick drive to restaurants and shopping! We really enjoyed our time and the views from the house.

Gorgeous guesthouse
This guesthouse is beautiful, exactly as pictured. The house is clean & modern. Everything is provided for a comfy stay down to the coffee & snacks. You can’t beat the views from the deck or the hot tub. We also loved the SW landscaping. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Sedona.Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Sedona Chic
This Chic Sedona Retreat was the perfect venue for our long weekend. Private, comfortable, easy access to VOA and Sedona and of course the hiking trails. Beds were super comfy and we loved that each couple had their own private bathroom. The weather was cooler than we anticipated so we did not get to experience the hot tub. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous Sedona getaway!
We loved our stay at this property! Don was great to communicate with and even gave us a local contact for the days he was out of town during our stay. The house was perfect - especially the hot tub and the views! So clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was our first time in Sedona and we loved our location - a short drive to both uptown and to Oak Creek. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay in Sedona
Peaceful, quiet, and comfortable guest house. Well stocked with everything we needed. There is both indoor and outdoor space for eating and lounging. We cooked dinner and ate in the patio while the sun set. Beautiful views and the hot tub was super clean and a relaxing way to unwind after our hikes. Our hosts were organized and very responsive, kind and accommodating.

Beautiful Home & Location
We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is beautiful and the scenery is even more stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning looking at the spectacular rock formations. Don is the most gracious host and was so helpful. The house is close to hiking and shopping, but far enough away it is nice and quiet. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful property and location
The property was immaculate and everything was very nice. The views and outdoor spaces were very scenic. Close to hiking trails, and a quick easy drive into either Sedona or Oak Creek for restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was super relaxing after a hike. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a corkscrew and more bowls.

Amazing, peaceful and great location!
This property couldn’t have been better! Such a great area; the house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need! The hot tub was so perfect to have after a long days hike! The owners live right up the hill and we’re very responsive and so so nice!! Only a 15 minute drive to hike Boyton Canyon. Less than 5 minute drive to town. We will be reserving again next year!

Absolutely a well built, maintained guest house. Inside decorating was by local artists and tastefully displayed. Furniture was solid and comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent again when visiting the Sedona Area. Couple bucks more than the standard hotels and unless you are not looking for quiet and want bustle of the crowds, this place I doubt can be beat. Owner lives next door and is a great guy. Thanks for a wonderful time.

A Perfect Stay in Sedona!
We absolutely loved our stay in this guesthouse. The layout was perfect with two master bedrooms each having its own bath/shower and located on opposite sides of the house. Enjoyed the open layout with large kitchen. So nice to have a washer/dryer available as well. We were honestly so busy being outside we only had time to enjoy the house late at night. We sat out on the porch staring at the stars until 2am one evening, counting over 20 meteors. Perfect location away from the town yet near everything that makes Sedona the best place in Arizona to visit.

Amazing Guest House
We cannot say enough about this Beautiful home. Just the right size for 2 couples as it has 2 master suites. Amazing views of the red rocks and the Chapel of the Holy Cross from a quiet area. We enjoyed having our coffee on the large deck. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The owners had even stocked it with coffee, water & snacks for our arrival. It appears to be brand new. Excellent communication with owner as they live on property. We would definitely stay there again. We would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in Sedona
All my questions were answered very quickly and in a helpful way. I was even contacted by Evolve via e-mail and phone to answer one specific question i had. During the stay Don (the owner) was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. Although the owner lives in the next house, there is definitely enough privacy (I actually never saw the owner during my 10 day stay). The Jacuzzi was perfect, the BBQ as well - just everything. The kitchen was well equipped with what I needed. Cleanliness was also perfect. And I liked the design and style of the house. The house was perfect for me. If travel brings me back in the area, I‘d definitely would like to stay there again.

Comfortable, modern, clean home with nice amenities!
My family of four had a great stay in this Sedona home. The two king bedroom suites allowed my wife and I to stay in one, and our two young boys to stay in the other. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed all the outdoor living space, including the hot tub! The home was very clean, well-organized, well-stocked, and comfortable. The property manager was responsive and communicative. We will certainly return in the future.One word of caution: the neighbor looks to be commencing a large construction project as they were grading in a new driveway during our stay. I suspect maybe this is a new home. Therefore, construction noise will be something guests likely need to contend with for a while. During our stay, the work commenced sharply at 7 AM and wrapped up shortly after 5 PM.

This place was beautiful top to bottom. Well placed with beautiful views! Beautiful design and decor. We stayed with another couple as we do yearly. Perfect for home base
Our family of 4 had a great visit. Perfect location for home base for day hikes, day trips ( we did Jerome, antelope canyon, Grand Canyon) we will be back. The kids could t get enough of bell rock :) we also enjoyed the hot tub and views from the house. It had everything we needed for a week.
