This private, gated home in the heart of Sedona's popular uptown boasts amazing 280-degree views of the gorgeous scenery. This spacious vacation rental is ideal for the entire family or travel group and features a rooftop deck and private views from many of the bedrooms. This home also boasts a large, country kitchen, a formal dining room, and an extraordinary great room with floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the unparalleled views. Often referred to as 'the Stetson Hat House' (as it was owned by the Historic Hat Ranch, in Williams, AZ) this vacation rental offers guests plenty of historic charm as well as sumptuous comforts. There's also a firepit surrounded by comfortable seating as well as an outdoor dining area with a private gas grill.
Sedona is known for its gorgeous landscape and some of the most breathtaking, unobstructed Red Rock views. You will be within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants, and galleries. Indulge in a massage at a nearby spa, walk the Tlaquepaque outdoor mall, or spend a day hiking the many local trails. Be sure to experience everything Sedona has to offer including Pink Jeep tours, yoga classes, wine tasting, and spectacular golf.

Occupancy is strictly limited to eight guests only. Under no circumstances should there be any private events or weddings held at this property.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
