Enjoy a stunning sunset from the patio of your new construction, upscale, casita in West Sedona with breathtaking Red Rock Mountain Views. This property has all the essentials you need. Enjoy the luxurious comfort of your private king-bed studio nestled underneath Sugarloaf Mountain in the shadow of Coffee Pot Rock. A short walk to Thunder Mountain hiking/biking trailheads. As you settle into your new home away from home, you know that this experience will be one that you will never forget!

We designed, equipped, and decorated Kameya Casita to meet or exceed our own needs when traveling, and factored a wide range of Sedona visitors' needs in the process. For example, we provide a convection oven rather than a microwave, because most Sedona visitors are health conscious and avoid fast foods, but often heat up fresh foods or leftovers from our many quality restaurants. Further, we provide an induction cooktop with appropriate pots and pans for "home-cooked" meals right in the casita. From a collection of books on hiking trails and bird-watching to plenty of kitchen utensils, accessories, and condiments, along with fresh ground decaf and regular coffee, creamers, sweeteners, and more, Kameya Casita will be your home away from home in Sedona!

All you could ask for!!
The casita has everything you could think of. Convenient location to some hiking trails, quick drives to parks, shopping & restaurants, and a cozy place to call home. Unmatched comfort and cleanliness
This darling artsy casita was everything we needed and more than expected for a restful two days in beautiful Sedona. Traci has absolutely thought of every amenity imaginable. I mean, where can you go stay and find a PAID trail pass at your disposal? The walkable neighborhood has gorgeous mountain views and even a secret star gazing rooftop! Wow! Traci’s attention to detail is unmatched. I promise, you won’t be disappointed with your stay at this property.

Normally we prefer a whole house rather than rooms attached to houses (Casitas), but Traci has done a thoughtful remodel, provides everything you need and is super helpful. Highly recommend for two. Great location in west Sedona.

Everything you need!
Wow- what a great place. Loved the location in west Sedona close to the trails. Traci has thought of everything and is incredibly responsive. Such an amazing use of space. We enjoyed the back garden and roof deck one evening. Highly recommend for a getaway for one person or a couple. Perfect place to celebrate 25 years of marriage for us!

Traci thought of it all for the generous casita space attached to her home in the heart of West Sedona. If you mtb, the proximity to Posse Grounds Park is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and as I said the space is well appointed in amenities, even the use of a Red Rocks Pass, which alleviates that task when you come into town. I'll be staying again, you should check it out.

Amazing Couples Getaway
We had such an amazing time at Traci's casita. It was the perfect location with beautiful views and close to everything. Every amenity was thought of and this casita was decorated so beautifully. The Casita was well appointed and clean, with a fantastic guide book provided in the Casita. The labels and instructions really made it easy to settle in and get comfortable. We enjoyed a wonder stay at Traci’s. We lacked for nothing in the Casita and had a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable and loaded with amenities, beautiful decorations and lil surprises. Our hosts were delightful, helpful and friendly. We would stay here again when in the area as we felt pampered with all the conveniences and informed provided for our stay. Stylish, high quality casita in Sedona
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Traci's casita in Sedona. The space is beautiful, high quality, and in good condition. Traci has thought of every detail and is very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area near amenities and hiking trails. Such a nice and perfectly organized place!
Just returned from our 4 day stay at Kameya Casita and it was just amazing for the 2 of us. Traci has made sure that you have all necessary things for your stay including an easy check in, a great parking space, a perfectly clean space, smart info about everything in the unit, tips for your time Sedona, and those little extras like charger cords, spices and various kitchen gadgets. Our favorite was the organic coffee! Location is great as you can hike to Sugarloaf right from the unit, and one of our highlights was going for a short walk each night to see the amazing view of the stars right from the street outside! Thanks Traci!!

I and a friend came to Sedona to hike and relax. Traci's place was PERFECT in every possible way. She did not forget one little detail when it came to designing, organizing and supplying anything and everything you could possibly want for a great vacation. The studio has a great location with a beautiful view, modern and clean decor. Kitchen is fully supplied with everything. Traci is so easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Kameya Casita was perfect for my week in Sedona. It had everything I needed and even things I hadn’t anticipated like a yoga mat! Great location, comfortable bed, great space and Traci was available if I had any questions. Will definitely stay there again.
