Our only issue was being underprepared for dinner on our first night and not really knowing where to go to get a meal but this wasn’t Jess’ fault at all. Just make sure to be prepared! "

"The home is comfortable and gorgeous and we loved the wood heater as it was cold enough to use it and we have one like it at home. Proximity to Flinders Chase NP was important for us and the lovely beach was readily accessible for long walks. But what we loved most were the wallabies that came down to the cottage every afternoon for a feed - they were very entertaining and we loved feeding and watching them. "

"I booked this house in the first week of school holidays for my children and their families to stay. A big family holiday. House is brilliant and provided an amazing entertaining areas that work well for large groups. Craig the groundsman is very helpful and met us when we arrived, gave a tour of the house, telling us how things worked etc. He also came back to help when phoned, topped up the wood for indoor fire when it turned cold and other little things that made the whole experience...

"This property made a perfect base for our trip to Kangaroo Island. The house had everything we needed and as host Julie included provisions we never would have thought would be included such as toiletries, coffee machine pods and lovely gifts. The communication after booking and throughout our stay was fantastic, full of the essential information as well as suggestions and tips for our stay. We really hope to be back soon!"
