"I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

"I spent 11 nights here and found the hotel to be quiet and very relaxing. There was no issue with free parking immediately next to the hotel. The room was fairly large and well equipped, although it was a little tired and in need of a makeover. Sitting outside on the balcony in the sun having breakfast with a view of the mountains was very pleasant. The staff in the hotel were friendly and welcoming. "Rooms fine, close to slopes, pool a good advantage No communication for checkin, was told there was no front desk so was worried how we would get on once arrived but there was a front desk so worked out ok "

"Nicely located in a central part of the city. We had a king bed which was extremely comfortable. The soundproofing against the outside was noticeable. When you closed the windows it was very quiet. Really nice to catch sleep post flight. "

"Loved the place, accommodation was great, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very comfortable and stunning views t the mountains. Also very well located for shuttles to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants. Bar, restaurant and social area on the ground floor were very convenient and great vibes. Staff was amazing!!"

"We had an amazing stay at Rocky Pop Grenoble. We found the room clean, modern with neccessary ammeties, good room temperature and the staff delivered an excellent service. We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people. Lovely!! The hote is 15min walking distance from city centre and across the road there are two supermarkets if anything extra is needed. The only downside was that we could hear the noise from the street during the morning rush hour but overall with the black-out curtians we had a good sleep! We would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and lovely upcoming festive days! "
