Bring your boat, as we have tons of room to park it, and we're only 1.7 miles from the scenic Indian River. Our new apartment is comfortable and quiet.

We are between Sebastian and Palm Bay. All the city amenities like restaurants, shopping, etc are close by. But you have your own private apartment to enjoy. It's one of only 4 units located on 4 acres. Everything is brand new. Including all the furnishings.
