"We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were very attentive. Hotel was on a large resort which offered many amenities. Regular shuttle service around the resort. The room was clean and spacious. The only down side we experienced was breakfast. We were very surprised there was only one area for such a large complex. Each morning was very chaotic, loud, busy and noisy even at the advertised quiet times. It would be good if management could look at doing this differently or perhaps have more than one...

"Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. "This is an amazing property. The comment has been made that it is 20 minutes from the main beach but it is so quiet and beautiful I thoroughly recommend it. There is a shuttle that goes regularly to the main beach which you can catch up to 1030 at night or you just catch a taxi and it's approximately nine dollars Australian. There was an issue with changing the breakfast menu as mentioned in many reviews but they have now decided to go for buffet every morning and the buffet is delicious...

"this a disaster for us. arrived at the property 330pm 14january2023 philippine time. the property manager rejected our paid reservation as the property owner had never received notification from expedia or vrbo about this particular transaction. since it's getting late, we negotiated with the property owner/manager to proceed with the transaction with us paying cash anew with their new price rate. we were let into the property 630pm where we found the property hardly prepared for guests:...
