Screen porch with, open lake and island views from the large rock frontage. Flat rocks allow access into the water for swimming. With four bedrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. Bath with shower. This tranquil frontage is a great place to cast line, a quiet spot to contemplate as you listen to the loons and watch them dive, and the perfect place to experience a Sebago sunrise. You also have the option of the shared, private, sandy beach just a stroll away.
Waterfront Lot Description: Rocky frontage in front of cottage and a nice, shared sandy beach just a short walk away. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: Yes, no overnight tie up. Mooring: Yes (2017).
