Two first floor bedrooms and larger bedroom upstairs (Stairs to upstairs are steep). The frontage is a mix of sandy and rocks. Level area with firepit. Pretty views of Sebago Lake. Dog friendly! With $125 PET FEE
Waterfront/Lot Description: Shorefront is a mix of sand and rocks. Gradual entry in to water. Dock: NO. Mooring: YES.
