Good African food but it makes me miss Pan Africa Market at Pike Place Market a little (which was its sibling). Much better atmosphere, with live kora (West African stringed instrument) on Saturdays. We had the veggie plate family style and a few things were great, a few just so-so. Regardless, I'm so glad there's an African restaurant in West Seattle!

"Overall this property is great and one of the nicer Red Lions! Inside the rooms could use a little tlc. There's no actual handsoap in the bathrooms, though the shampoo / conditioner / body wash makes up for it. The outlets are loose and my cords kept falling out of the socket. There was no sheet on the bed, just a fitted and a comforter which was abnormal. Hospitality staff is friendly as well. "The staff at the property wear so kind and caring! They wear friendly and always had a smile. They wear extremely helpful. The rooms wear clean and amazing! The lady who cleans the room so so sweet and kind. I just cant stay enough about the staff. Theu even let me check inearly with no charge because thwy code tell i was so tired.i will stay again in early with no charge."
