This spacious studio has a queen bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with shower, and a sofa for seating. With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious and lives like a suite.

Our guests rave about:

- The bed is outfitted with high-quality mattress, linens and a comfortable duvet
- Kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hot plate, dishwasher, cookware, utensils for dinner, basic condiments

- Please note that the studio does not have an AC, but it stays cool during hot summer.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This home joins a studio unit next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way.
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Great location!
We loved our stay! We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect. We could walk everywhere around Fremont and it is a short ride to downtown. The place was clean, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Fremont weekend
The one bedroom studio apartment was nicely decorated with a modern bathroom. The check-in process and communication was exceptional. If I return to Fremont, I will consider staying at the same location.
