New to VRBO, but we have been on Airbnb for years - 4.8 stars! Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the University of Washington campus, fabulous outdoor University Village shopping and dining, and convenient bus or light rail service to downtown. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, you will find all the comforts of home. New mattresses as of Spring 2021! There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the first floor unit.

Wonderful stay
This space was comfortable, clean and well-appointed! It had everything we needed for our family to cook a couple meals and relax. We would happily stay there again!

Great place to stay.
A well furnished apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortably firm mattresses. Great location on a quiet street, with convenient access to the University of Washington campus and UW Medicine Montlake Hospital (which was the focus of our visit.) Nearby Ravenna Park is a great place to walk or run, and the nearly endless Burke-Gillman Trail is also close at hand for walking or bike riding. Two grocery stores within a mile, and lots of restaurant options as well. Friendly and helpful host. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place to anyone planning a Seattle visit.

Great stay!
We rented this property for five nights surrounding UW graduation. It was a great home-base, very comfortable, and very clean. The coffee shop two minutes walk away was a real bonus!! :-)

This is the place to stay in the University area. Our host Libby is quick to reply to any question. The unit has everything you need for a family stay. Libby has stocked the unit with extra towels, washer and dryer plus detergent, and a complete kitchen as well. I highly recommend this spacious unit near the University Place.

Quiet neighborhood yet walkable to UW campus and all that the U District has to offer. Lots of space, a really good bed. The street here is steep, but hey, that’s Seattle!

Libby’s place is comfortable, spacious, very clean and convenient. She had great communication with fast responses to a few questions before the visit and had text availability during our stay. Check in was a breeze, and the location was great for us during graduation at UW. Highly, highly recommend!

We were in Seattle for a Washington Huskies game. The property was close to campus and the fun University neighborhood. The host was great to work with. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will stay here again if we have a chance.

Loved our stay!
We had a wonderful time at this property. We were only in town for a weekend and had a fantastic stay in Libby's home. There were 6 (4 adults and two toddlers) of us total and we were comfortable with the two bedrooms! There's plenty of space, is close to a park, good eats and the bus station. Libby was super friendly and communicative when we reached out to her. Highly recommend staying here!

Great university neighborhood experience!
Wonderful communication from the host. We wanted to experience the UW location and this place was perfect. 20-minute walk to University District. 15-minute drive to downtown Seattle. Property was clean, comfortably slept 4, but 2 easily could be added with pullout sofa. Highly recommend.

Nice neighborhood
There are many positives for this property. It comes with parking, it is in a nice residential area that is walkable, there are restaurants nearby and it is close to the University. It was noisier then expected but overall, we had a nice visit in the area.

Excellent quiet hideaway
There was excellent communication and clear, concise directions from these very kind owners. We had a hand written note and some surprise chocolates on arrival and while we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay, the ability to reach out was made very easy. Spacious is their tagline is an understatement! Idk how many square feet it was but we were shocked at the spaciousness compared to most places in the PNW. Coming and going was so easy on this quiet street. You would never know you're just a few blocks from a huge university. But being a walkable distance from there was a huge plus. I don't have anything negative to say at all, i just want to offer one fyi comment. I am a bigger guy, about 350. If you need a seat belt extender on a plane like me, this corner shower will be a tight fit for you. It's a very nice bathroom, not crammed in that room, but if i were 380 i don't think i could get in/out of the corner shower (I'm under 6 foot). Not a knock on these renters, its a very nice bathroom, including a shower wand instead of a fixed shower head, just an fyi if you're bigger like me.

Grad students staying for Convention
We had 6 adults all staying for a convention in town! Check in was easy and quick. They live upstairs and have such a cute pup who kindly welcomed us home from the window😁 checkout was also fairly easy. The driveway to walk up is VERY steep and slippery when wet. We barely made it up, so be aware of that! Otherwise the place was clean and stocked with what we needed. Very odd layout, but cute!

Great place for visiting UW
We stayed here when taking our teenagers to visit UW. It's a lovely, quiet apartment within easy walking distance of campus. With the pullout bed in the family room each kid got their own place to sleep, which they appreciated. It was also great to have access to a washer/dryer. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Cozy apartment with lots of room
A very cozy little space with all the necessary items needed for a weekend getaway. Bring your own food n drinks and enjoy time away from home. It was perfect for my family of 4 attending a UW/Michigan football game. Definitely recommend!!
