Well-appointed home north of downtown Seattle.

Two parking spaces available in-front of the house.

Enclosed yard for you and your dog!

Easy access to I-5 and Northgate light rail station (20-minute walk or very short drive).

Short walk to UW Medical Center NW and Northacres Park (dog park!).

A plethora of restaurants within a mile of the home.

Tesla Supercharger is located at Northgate Station. (One mile from property)

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with the non-perishable essentials. (spices, olive oil, pots, pans, baking dishes).

Roku TV for easy access to your favorite channels. I keep it logged into Netflix and Amazon Prime for easy use.

The house has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There are two twin "roll-away" style beds available that can be set up in the common area.

The salt water hot tub is in a shared space with the property owner. It can be made private for you at your request. I often keep the hot tub at lower temperatures during the summer. If you prefer a certain temperature please let me know before your arrival and I can adjust it for you!

House is conveniently located near I-5. This naturally creates some road noise outside the property.

(Owners entrance to attached dwelling unit is in the backyard. The front yard is your private space, but you might see me walking through the yard to my entrance in the back).

Airport Shuttle is available for a fee and with 24 hours advanced notice.

Absolutely perfect!!
This cottage is so adorable and the perfect place to stay when you’re in Seattle. The house is perfectly set up and has lots of space to enjoy your time while you’re there. The owner is a delight to talk to, gives lots of information on things to do in the area, and the location is great for whatever you’re going to town to do. They have everything you need for your stay and parking is a breeze. The house is so cozy and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Best way to end a 3 week vacation
Cole was an excellent host he let us drop off our luggage well before checkin. He told us about Pikes place where we stocked up on foods for our stay. We were able to make meals without needing anything extra every thing was there. The outdoor area was spectacular. I and the rest of our party would recommend this gem to anyone. After 2 1/2 weeks in Alaska this was a perfect ending before heading back to New Hampshire thanks again Dawn, Brian, Christine and Charlotte

Took my adult kids out for a trip in Seattle, we loved this place Not only from the convenience of being 10 minutes away to downtown, but because how well kept this house was. It was clean, It was comfy! Cole was even nice enough to leave us a box of chocolates to devour the first night we got here!!! I cannot say enough good about this wonderful home. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, kind, and thought of our every need. We will definitely stay here again if we need a 2 bedroom place to stay in Seattle. The location is excellent. Road noise is audible outside but not inside the home. We enjoyed the lovely front porch and didn’t find the road noise distracting at all. They allowed use of their lovely hottub. My first thought when I walked into the home was “I could live here”. Nicely appointed- even a built in doggie/cat bed if we needed it. The place was spotless and the beds quite comfortable with an excellent shower. Look no further if you need a 2 bedroom/1 bath place to stay!

Cole was a great host. We arrived early in Seattle and we were able to leave our luggages inside whilst the bungalow was still being cleaned. This made our life so much easier as we ran out to an event knowing our stuff was safe. When we got back in the late evening, the bungalow was clean smelling, comfortable and we felt right at home.
