Welcome to your new home away from home. This stunning 3 bed, 2 bath full remodel is perfect for every type of person and family entering the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a sleek kitchen with quartz countertops, all-new stainless-steel appliances, and oak laminate flooring. Private, fenced cover patio.Parking for 3 cars.Prime location near Seattle! Walk to local stores and restaurants. A drive away from parks and beaches at the Puget Sound. Only 15 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to SeaTac airport.

Welcome to our beautiful home featuring three spacious bedrooms— one with a luxurious king-size bed and the others with comfortable queen-size beds. The two full bathrooms each offer a tub with a showerhead. We have a smoking area in the back cover patio with a table.

Our fully remodeled kitchen includes new appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. Additionally, we provide a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Stay connected with our WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming services.

Special instructions for dog owners PLEASE READ: Only dogs 25 pounds or less are allowed, dogs over 25 pounds are on a case-by-case. No dogs that shed.

You have full access to the entire house.The outside basement entrance is securely locked and closed.

Central Location for Family Wedding

The house was just as described and Aram and his team were great hosts. They were very communicative from the start and throughout my stay. The neighborhood was super quiet, the beds were very comfy and for those who care, the Internet was fast, too. Highly recommend.

Good stay

The house was a good fit for our small group. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio to visit. It was very convenient to shopping and the airport. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms have obviously had a lovely update and it was very pleasant.

Nice property with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Clean, with recently replaced furniture in all the bedrooms. Only thing that could be better is furniture in the living room. Overall nice place.

The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded very fast. The house was clean in a way that made us all feel very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided inclding paper towels and other thoughtful touches. Parking was easy and WIFI was fast. Its a great value. *not the owners fault!* VRBO had the catagories wrong and we thoght there was a hot tub. When the owner found out the error, they were shocked and made generous offers to make up for VRBOs error. I only bring it up to say if you see hot tub in the add, there isn’t one. We were 4 adults very comfortable and at ease.
