Clean and great location
Home is very clean and welcoming, and had everything we needed. This is located on a busy street, so you can hear the traffic, but it wasn’t a huge deal for us.

Beautiful place!!
Lovely place to stay on a weekend trip! Short drive to downtown Seattle and the nearby area of Ballard has lots of shops and restaurants to explore. The property was beautiful!

This is a very conveniently located comfortable property. The owners were very responsive, despite being out of town. The condo is clean and sunny. I would stay here again.

Ballard Holiday!
Our second stay in this unit- perfect distance to our family in Ballard. We love staying here. The unit is wel appointed and conveniently located to stores and local eateries. Try out Fat Hen, Un Bien, and Sazon. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Good spot in Ballard
The hosts were great and this is a great location. It is right near a major road way so if you're a lite a sleeper it might not be the best spot for you. It is right near public transport so that was a great benefit for us. If you don't have a compact car you will need to park in the street but thankfully there is great parking nearby in a safe neighborhood.

The condo was clean, organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could have possibly needed for our stay in Ballard. It is spacious and luxurious. We were so comfortable! The location was also very convenient to a bus line connecting straight to downtown Ballard and downtown Seattle. The hosts were very easy to work with, checked in on us, and made the check in/ out process very smooth. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Amazing experience.
Such a beautiful modern townhouse with all the amenities you need and some that you didn’t know you needed. The townhouse was immaculate from top to bottom. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and they were always making sure that I had everything that I needed. Overall, this was an amazing stay. Will definitely be back next time I am in Seattle.

Thanks for a great 4 day weekend. This comfortable and cozy townhouse had everything we needed for a great stay. The views from the rooftop deck are magnificent. The owners attention to detail was very apparent making us feel like we were in a home away from home. The property and garage are well secured. The location is super great - less than 10 minutes from downtown Ballard where there are many great eateries and 15 minutes from Seattle waterfront and its surrounding areas. My husband and I recently enjoyed a visit to Ballard. The nicely appointed and very comfortable unit was perfect for us. With great weather, we got to enjoy the roof top deck seeing sunsets and Mt. Beautiful Ballard area stay
Very impressed with the size and all the little things that people can forget when traveling ie phone chargers! Thank you!! There are several. The giant 3d TV was fun, as well as the roof top patio with BBQ. I hope to stay there again soon. Thank you so much.

Stunning Suite in Lovely Neighborhood
This rental was above and beyond our expectations! I stayed with my mom for a girls’ weekend away, and it was ideal for visiting all different parts of Seattle and the neighborhood itself was lovely with lots of great restaurants. Olga and Olessia were amazing hosts, and the place was stocked so well for the perfect stay. It was a little noisy from street noise, but totally worth it with a luxurious place to stay!

Perfect place!
We really enjoyed staying at the house! The location was perfect. We found some great hidden gems for food and coffee. Yes, there is some road noise within the unit but it wasn’t a disturbance. They also provide ear plugs and a noise machine if needed. Olga was really responsive to any request or questions we had. We also took the bus down to the CPA and it was so convenient. Highly recommend the space!

Excellent. Owner thought of all the meaningful touches. Using the TV was super easy, better than most. Comfortable. Immaculate. A 1/4 to 1/2 bath on the 1st floor would be most convenient. It’s a long way up the 15+ stairs through the upstairs bedroom, through closet area to the shower and toilet.

Very comfortable townhome!
Having a place with a full kitchen was fantastic. The rooftop could have used more cover from the rain, but it was nice to have the space and the view. Great location, short distance to a bunch of attractions and restaurants. Parking was tight but it was convenient having a dedicated spot. All of the amenities were top notch and as advertised. Very comfortable furnishings and big TV, too. The little touches - masks, robes, a drawer of miscellaneous charger cables - showed great attention to detail. Even the inclusion of a helpful picture in the check-in instructions was a nice touch. All in all, had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Seattle property!
Super clean and cozy property, convenient location to downtown and outlying neighborhoods. Everything you could think of needing for comfort and in the kitchen is supplied. Bed is comfortable, light and bright rooms throughout. My literal only caveat would be for super light sleepers - the street noise is pretty loud from below early in AMs, even with white noise machine; but if you're able to wear them, the owner provides sleep masks for the brightness and ear plugs for the traffic! Would definitely stay here again!

Townhome in Ballard
Overall, Olga and Olessia's Townhome was outstanding. The house was very clean and they have stocked anything a renter could want. All appliances and fixtures were "top of the line". The home was extremely comfortable and very well decorated. While it was to cold to spend a lot of time on the rooftop deck. the views were excellent. In addition, having the secure underground parking a bonus. The one minor issue is the noise from the busy street where the unit is located. if you are used to some traffic noise, you will have no issues. If you are expecting a very quiet unit, it may be a problem. We had a great experience and would stay there again.
