Assigned a room, key wouldn’t work. On third floor. No elevator. Got another room and bed wasn’t made up. Took too long to get resolved. Then wi-if wouldn’t work. Room was clean. That’s about all I can say positive. .

The location of this Inn for jazz lovers is PERFECT! It is literally right across the street from Dimitriou's Jazz Alley❤️ and right next door to a Top Pot doughnut shop🤪 The facility is in the renovation stage, so stay with an appreciation for the location. Staff is friendly and the accommodations are dated yet very clean! Earplugs for traffic noise are helpful, however it quiets down significantly after midnight. Hopefully, I will always be able to stay here when I wish to attend a performance.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was ok. Bedding linens and towels were clean. Bed was newer, other furniture was dated. We stayed for 3 nights, it was great for a place to sleep and get cleaned up.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, i read some bad reviews but room was clean, friendly staff and i requested a late check out and they allowed it. Location is great, walking distance to tourist attractions I would stay there again when i come back to the city.

Not as pictured! Rooms are updated but have no plug ins, tv does not work, and bathroom are very out of date. At night it is very loud with passing cars. Parking lot is free but hard to get out of! Just was not as we expected. Seems they are still under construction as they have clutter in the parking garage and check in area is a room where you have to stand outside to check in (pretty weird set up).

Friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location. This is definitely a no-frills hotel - a bed and a bathroom and free parking. If you're ok with that, this is a great option. Walkable to a lot of downtown attractions and next door to a great donut place. Plus free parking!

The place was not clean. The TV did not work. The room was not set up adequately. The shower had brown water coming out of it. The Bathroom sink barely have it water in it not that we were going to use it after we saw the brown water coming out of the shower.

This place was great. It is 1.5 miles from Lumen Field and not far from the aquarium. The room was great with the essentials, and you can tell they just remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. There was a note in the room stating they are still in the process of remodeling, but for a place to sleep for a night close to everything you need, it’s great.

Great location, but you get what you pay for, rooms are small, and kind of loud. My room had stained sheets on them bed, and the cleaners left a dirty towel on the bathroom door. Wifi was terrible, didn’t work at all for me. Great in a pinch for somewhere to sleep. It did look like they were doing some upgrades to other rooms when I was there so hopefully it will get better in the future.

Check in was ok, but room smelled like paint, micro wave had no plug to plug into, no refrigerator, dirty towels hanging on bathroom door, no key for dead bolt, and despite having self parking even a small compact car would not fit. TV had no connection nor cable or local antenna so useless. I’m not saying it was terrible, but am saying they were not ready to open, and the room in my opinion with the condition was worth $150 a night not $390. Staff were cordial but obviously knew from there reactions to questions they were charging too much and not ready to open.

Location is within walking distance to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Staff were super friendly and also apologetic. They explained they just reopened a week ago. The property is older but was very clean. Our problem was the room was not complete, there was no TV installed in the room, no microwave, and no fridge. We asked if we could get a TV? Staff then mentioned they didnt have cable yet for the property. They did have WIFI, but we were not able to use it, our devices said "Connected, No Internet." They did have an iron and hair dryer at the front desk for our use. The Property Management really should have waited to complete the rooms with basic room amenitites before opening.

The properties location was superb, everything else was terrible. The room was not very clean, splattered food/ blood on the walls, no refrigerator, no TV, no microwave. The guest services office smelled of weed. The room next to us blasted music until 3:30am. I honestly would have asked for a refund, but I was in a rush to the airport. 1/10 do not recommend.

Good location, close to where you want to be. Comfy bed, you can tell it’s the cheapest option for the location for sure though. Needs a paint job on the walls, more towels in rooms, better blinds to block out lights, the phone didn’t connect us to the front desk and you could hear any noise inside the rooms. No TV in the suit room… overall it’s expensive for what you get but it could have been worse. Selling point is definitely the location.

We stayed at King’s Inn for two nights and the room was comfortable. Great location as it was convenient walking distance to the core areas such as Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, Seattle Space Needle and other tourist attractions by the waterfront. The room was clean and the bed was a little soft but overall, I’d stay here again. Another bonus is that the Kings Inn had free parking.
