Nice, clean home in a terrific neighborhood near lots of amenities. Great place to stay if you're in the area or want to spend time at Green Lake specifically.
Nice home in such a great area. Loved walking to Green Lake Park and strolling around the lake and visiting shops and restaurants. Appreciated the AC units in both bedrooms on the one hot day while we stayed there.
Cannot beat the proximity of Green Lake and cute places to eat. Highly recommend for location and ease of working with the property manager. Please note that the AC units are limited to the bedrooms.
great location with easy access to city as well as to wonderful parks and hikes within 1-2 hour drive. many great restaurants including ones to walk to. parking spot in back was great to avoid needing to find street parking.

This was a cute house literally half block from Green Lake. The location worked out perfect for us and the parking in the back was ideal. House was nice and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was a real lifesaver. The owner was very accommodating and communicative. Truly an enjoyable stay
Great location, amazing restaurants a nice walk away, easy access to freeway and Ubers were always available quickly. A hiccup upon arrival with access, but the very kind downstairs occupants helped us out.
The house is just as advertised - spacious, clean and comfy. Sandra was responsive when we reached out and made the check in and check out process easy! There were air conditioners that did a great job in the bedrooms and the beds were really comfy with great pillows.
The location is also perfect - right near green lake (1/2 block away) and easy walking to coffee shops and restaurants.

Location, location, location. This home was located in the great area of Green Lake. Close to everything we needed.

Well maintained and well-stocked house. Right near Greenlake, walking distance to a few restaurants and a coffee shop. The property manager was super responsive.
Nice neighborhood and overall comfortable upper level duplex. Communication with host is prompt and polite. Compared to two hotel rooms, I like the extra space to relax and watch tv.
Two minor things I noticed are traffic noise due to old age of the house and saggy bed in master bedroom.
Overall a satisfactory stay.
Owner was very friendly and quick to answer questions. Appreciated ease of check in (no lock box to navigate) and ability to check in early if previous occupants leave early and cleaning staff is finished. Very responsive and thoughtful.
Very cozy and convenient 2 bedroom apartment in Green Lake. 1/2 block from the lake. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Having a dedicated parking space is very convenient. We stayed with our adult daughter so 2 bedrooms separated worked really well. Just great!

We arrived on a hot day and the upstairs was very warm when we arrived. Within an hour of contacting the owner, the maintenance guy was at the unit installing the air conditioner.
My husband and I and our adult son came to visit our law student son for Thanksgiving. This house is in a great location near Green Lake, restaurants and coffee shops. It was very clean. The dedicated parking space is key-no searching for a spot when coming and going. Excellent instructions from the host. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again myself! Thank you!
A wonderful location near (but not too near) all the Green Lake Drive restaurants and shops. A very nice with most things you will need for a short stay. Comfortable and clean bedrooms and living room, with a nice work area on the second floor if you need to get some work done. There is a bedroom off the dining room with 3/4 bath off the kitchen, which might be awkward for some. 2nd floor bedroom is very large with a full bath. We were two couples and we seem to have two battles, one with the heat and the other with on street parking. There are two heating zones, sort of. The first floor is shared with the full time renters in the basement. Highest thermostat wins, so it could get warm. The second floor has it own in the bedroom, but there is register in the workspace that seems connected to the downstairs and it got hot up there. There is a very convenient parking behind the house for one car, but parking a second car was difficult out front, especially as the street is used as a connecting street between to busy streets and drivers do not like you holding them up to parallel park.
Communicating with Sandra was great and very timely. I would recommend this property, we would like to stay here again.
