Entire Studio Apartment - Climate Pledge Arena & Space Needle

Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building.

You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

**All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.**

This is the perfect location if you are going to an event at Climate Pledge Arena. Easy to walk to with really good restaurants nearby. It’s also easy to get to Pike’s Market and downtown via the monorail or on foot if you’re willing to walk a little bit. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this property was fantastic, walking distance to all we wanted to do while here (hockey game, space needle, pikes market (longer hike but doable), bars, and restaurants). Right across the street from a very nice market and drug store. Pickups for tours and ubers quick and easy as well from this location. We had a wonderful stay!

I chose this apartment over the overpriced hotels in the district and I couldn’t have been happier. Check in was a breeze and it was awesome to have a full kitchen. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Great old building! Nice furnishings and an excellent location if your going to events at Seattle center. Close to everything, the only downside was the amount of homeless people around the area (but it's Seattle so it's to be expected)

Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult.

Rolling Stones concert
I felt very safe with the gated outside of the building and the security process of getting into the property. It’s a cute older building and the room was perfect for myself. The street is a little noisy during the day, but it settles down at night and the windows need to be open as it gets a little stuffy inside. There is a wonderful market across the street where you can find anything and plenty of little restaurants around. I would definitely stay there again because I was able to relax and even take a nap during the day!
