Welcome to Edmonds! We are delighted to share our seaside hometown with you. This true 1928 craftsman features charming touches with modern amenities & space for a large group. You'll have the entire home, private yard, & expansive covered front porch all to yourselves. Just 2 blocks to the heart of downtown and 5 blocks from the beach, you will delight in everything Edmonds has to offer: quaint shops, restaurant variety, Farmer's Market (May-Oct), & stunning Puget Sound/Olympic Mountain views.

If you enjoy cozying up around a gas fireplace, preparing a barbeque on a (seasonally) furnished outdoor patio, or watching the world go by from the comfort of your front porch, this is the place for you. Need a private space for work or respite? Our home offers separate "wings" for your group to stay comfortably, plus a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of dining space for your group to eat together. One main floor bedroom with plush queen bed and full bathroom, a king sized bed in the Primary en-suite, and two additional bedrooms upstairs, all with hotel-grade bedding and bath accessories. We want you to be comfortable and make yourselves at home, so we've also included games, play 'n pack crib, and high chair. Plenty of free uncovered parking.

Perfect family landing spot
Our family came from four different states for a WA wedding. This home was the perfect, gracious spot for us all to gather: cozy conversation areas, a large dining area, and comfortable, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Michelle was so easy and accommodating to communicate with. And practically everything you need is a short, scenic walk away in lovely Edmonds.

Best VRBO home I've ever rented
This is by far the best Vrbo Home I have ever rented. We stayed there with my family and everyone of us was amazed at how beautiful this home was. It is walking distance to downtown Edmonds, walking distance to the ferry, walking distance to the beach. Just a perfect home to rent. Every bed was so comfortable, and the linens were so luxurious. Perfect kitchen to cook a meal in. Big table to eat at. so much room no one stumbled across each other. Will be returning.

Amazing house and host in downtown Edmonds!!
this house is one of the best VRBO properties I have stayed in ever. And we travel the world. The house is absolutely adorable, Michelle has everything you would need in a vacation rental and nothing is lacking. The location is absolutely perfect for the farmers market on Saturdays to just walk down the street to grab meat and produce. Two blocks from downtown walkable to all the restaurants and the ferry and the beach. Thank you for such an amazing weekend in Edmonds!!

Great house, great location!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking supplies you might need any several options for making coffee. Our favorite feature would be the front porch where we relaxed with coffee in the morning and wine at night. The location is perfect! It's a very short walk to both downtown and the waterfront. (We enjoyed the shops and restaurants downtown as well the market on Saturday. Nightly sunsets were beautiful! We had a couple minor issues during our stay that were quickly remedied by our hosts. Great communication. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Edmonds!

Charming home with great location
This property was perfect for our extended family gathering for a high school graduation with plenty of room for my parents and our family with 3 kids. The house was fully stocked and had everything we could think of. Awesome location with a short walk to the park, downtown Edmonds and the ferry. We felt at home and loved our time there. We will definitely be back next time we are in town to see family!

Wonderful Edmonds Bowl House
We had a wonderful stay at this Edmonds Bowl home. Our hosts provided all of the little things that make VRBO such a great experience. There was coffee, shampoo etc.. the Location was very near downtown and allowed us to explore and enjoy all that Edmonds has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

Truly amazing
This home is well stocked, incredibly cozy, wonderful sitting areas where you can create family memories. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of towels provided. House was very clean and smelled nice. Downtown is a few blocks away. We loved walking down everyday for coffee or to shop. Would love to return and stay here again. Michelle was very helpful and accessible.

Beautiful little craftsman, better than perfect!
My parents, and siblings gathered here for a weekend stay in order to attend my grandmother’s funeral. I received more than one proverbial pat on the back for finding this home. The place has a great location, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, well Equipped kitchen - I can’t think of anything we could change to have had a better stay. Every time we commented I wonder if they have ________, we found it right away. It was so easy to communicate with the owner in setting up our stay, and there were no issues to speak of while we were there. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great location
The easy walking distance to downtown and wonderful outdoor space made this a perfect landing spot as for out of town guests visiting family locally. The condition of the property was as described and contained all the sundries we needed for a fabulous stay.

Beautiful home and town!
Owners were wonderful and responds quickly to any questions/concerns. While there the washer wasn’t functioning properly but did not really impact us and owner was planning to look into it. Quaint town with lots of restaurants. Easy walk to beach and Ferry terminal. Beds comfortable. Lots of room to spread out.
