Great stay!
This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a cozy and quiet neighborhood near Seattle. When we arrived we had snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for us and the hot tub was a great way to end the night. Highly recommended for a place to stay.

Bed was very comfortable, hot tub perfect relaxation time. Stay was nice and very clean. Walk to beach was nice, walk back very good work out heart rate at maxium. Neighborhood friendly and helpful.

Supremely clean and comfy and quiet (this was a big one for us as we are not used to a lot of city noise at night). The hostess was very responsive and accommodating. Great location for us, close to airport and our daughter’s house. Sorry we didn’t have time to hit the beach….maybe next time!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Enjoyed staying here, well stocked and ammenities were very well thought of. Appreciated the small gestures eg welcome drink and fruits. Place is clean, nothing was amiss. The hot tub was wonderful to use after a long day and the seating area was nice as well. Hospitality is awesome and great communication with host!

What a great place! It’s so quiet and comfortable. Close to so much, and right across from the water. A 6 minute drive to the West Seattle ferry terminal. The hot tub was so clean and relaxing! We loved our stay!

Exceptionally cozy suite!
The attention to detail and care put into making this suite comfortable and welcoming is very noticeable. Everything was immaculately clean, the neighborhood peaceful and quiet, and the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down after a busy sightseeing day in Seattle. Came to Seattle for four nights to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The host prepared the room with a sweet birthday message and a gift to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect; Away from the busy city, but close enough for a reasonable drive. The room provided a wonderful place to rest and take a load off. We had excellent privacy and a quiet atmosphere. The host was especially helpful whenever we had any questions about the room, beach access, etc. I would highly recommend this space to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Seattle.

Wonderful space, relaxing and very comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches, such as great jersey linens, fluffy, luxurious towels, tasteful welcoming treats and a bottle of wine for two. Lovely outdoor area with soothing lighting and landscape as viewed from the sliding doors. Secure and private. Quiet and lovely neighborhood. Great parking. This property was exactly as it was listed. A beautiful downstairs suite that was perfect for what we were there for (hello Era’s tour!) Our host was quick to reply to emails, and even personalized the room when she learned why we were coming. Clean, quiet, and a perfect distance from all the Seattle mayhem. Excellent Experience
Between the private area, calming environment, and safe neighborhood, the area itself was ideal for commute and safety. The interior was clean and delightfully set up for travelers with a comfortable bed, well set up mini fridge, drink, toaster area, and beautiful bathroom. The only complaint we could come up with was a minor fuzz on the floor and the bathroom door not quite latching. Everything was above and beyond and we hope to visit again. Best place in Seattle to stay.

Absolutely perfect
My fiancé and I had such a great time staying at Asha’s property. I had mentioned we were coming up for his birthday and a Seattle Kraken hockey game, and she left a “happy birthday” whiteboard message with Kraken logos taped around - such a sweet touch. The property was impeccably clean, warm, and perfect for our needs. TV and hot tub worked as expected, and Asha even reached out to check all was still good when her inside temp in the main house seemed to have dropped. Already looking forward to our next trip to Seattle and staying here again!
