Whether it's for a week-end away or a scheduled business trip you'll enjoy your stay in this cozy side by side duplex/home. Charming renovated 1924 home is fully stocked with modern comforts while maintaining all of its original character.
The home has original newly refinished hardwood floors, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, log burning fireplace, radiant heat, wooden shutters, large closet and lots of windows.
New updates include brand new appliances and countertops in the kitchen, subway and hexagon tiles in the bathroom.
Professionally decorated to be warm and inviting. Vintage Thomasville furniture, down filled couch from the Seattle Design Center, numerous framed art work all add to the charm of the home.

A Fantastic Gem!

I cannot say enough about this wonderful rental. Everything was top notch! The location is perfect for accessing Seattle Center activities, downtown and the Public Market. It was so cozy and complete. We felt completely relaxed and at home. Thank you Ben! We look forward to a teturn stay.

Perfect spot in Seattle

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s convenient to several bus stops, and there are grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in Queen Anne!

We came to town for the hockey game and Ben’s place was great. Centrally located, enough room for everyone, very clean and quiet. What an easy comfortable stay!

The pictures don’t do it justice!

This stay was perfect for my young family. The central location made it easy to access restaurants and grocery stores while attractions weren’t hard to reach either including a 10min drive to the zoo, a short walk to Seattle centre and then the quick monorail to down town! Beautiful! Even better than the pictures

This is a beautiful, extremely comfortable home in an excellent location. Every room was tastefully decorated and clean with privacy and good sound-proofing. The views were of a lovely street and a very pretty garden. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The location is walkable to restaurants, parks, the Space Needle. It was a truly outstanding experience. I hope we have the chance to stay there again. Thank you Ben!

Perfect Queen Anne Stay

An absolutely lovely property with lots of space and ameneties. The dedicated off-street parking spot was especially valuable in Queen Anne where finding parking on the street can be a bit tricky at times. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a homey feeling central to many of Queen Anne and Seattle's best features.

It was very clean and accurately described. It was a big place for the two of us, located in a nice neighborhood, close to food and coffee, and close to sites we wanted to see and visit.
