Quaint, Convenient 2 BR Cottage
Very charming cottage with plenty of room in a convenient location for all of the Seattle area attractions. However, it should be noted that while the listing says the upstairs can get “warm” due to no air conditioning, it is actually HOT at 95+—our children had to sleep on the floor downstairs as it was unbearable. Rather disappointing to pay for 4 beds but only have 2 that are usable, especially when the problem could easily be solved by adding small window AC units.

This was an amazing Vrbo! The house was so cute and clean. The owners thought of everything. They even had a binder with near by take out places and parks. They had operational visual instructions to everything. We could walk to Starbucks, a bakery, and Safeway. The bedroom in basement has a king bed and beautiful bathroom. Very private. The floor level has a nice queen bed near a bathroom. Upstairs is perfect for kids with two twin beds in attic space. I am an adult but I fit up there just had to watch my head when I stood up, lol. Will definetly stay here again!

Almost Perfect!
My family and I had a great stay. The place was spotless, the location was perfect, and we were very comfortable. The heaters in the bedrooms didn't seem to work, but it didn't really affect us. We'd be happy to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home, great location
Really nice lower level master suite. Well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable home in a cute neighborhood. We had a plumbing issue, and service showed up pretty quickly. Didn't have the parts, and stores were closed, so he came back the next day and... Problem solved. Easy checkout. Overall, really good experience.

Perfect home base for our trip.
Great location north or downtown Seattle. Our kids loved the loft beds. The dedicated parking spot, laundry, and WiFi put it over the top for us! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!
This was an awesome house for our visit. The location was only blocks away from our family and the main level bedroom and easy access to the front door was perfect for my senior mother who has a hard time with stairs. Very comfortable for the 3 of us.

Great little cottage in Seattle.
My wife and I lived this little cottage. It was the perfect location for us to visit our adult children less than two miles away. The small kitchen and eating area were perfect for us, though a larger family might feel cramped. We hope to stay here again on another visit.

Well kept house in great neighbourhood
Welcoming, clean house with nicely equipped kitchen and amenities. Roomy deck and grill available. Great for a family stay. We did have a problem with the E-lock failing. It was more than an hour wait on the call in help line (perhaps a long wait related to the current COVID19 precautions) Once we spoke with the customer service agent she was very helpful and we did get in. She noted that it may be a battery issue. The E-lock did fail again but there were keys to another entrance we could use the rest of the stay. Despite the inconvenience of the lock issue, the property was very nice and perfect for our stay.

Need to improve cleanliness and sanitation
We rented this u it for our family. We got in at around 5:00 pm (checkin time was 4:00 pm). To our surprise there was someone still in the house when we let ourselves in using the security code. This was scary as we did not expect anyone to be there. Turned out it was the cleaner. He said he was running late. We had to wait outside another 15 min for him to wrap up. As if that was not enough the downstairs bathroom was a mess. The toilet had not been cleaned and we ended up cleaning other people’s crap literally. We also found the upstairs restroom periodically giving out a pungent and noxious odor. We have pictures taken for all of the above. In short avoid this place I’d you can

It really is a charming cottage
The cottage has been updated nicely so that the furnishings, appliances, bathrooms, etc are modern. The sheets, towels and pillows are nice quality. Top-pot doughnuts and Grateful Bread are right around the corner. There is a Safeway grocery store within walking distance as well. The drive to downtown was about 20 minutes so it was easy to access everything. The only negative is that it was 90+ degrees the first day we were visiting and the upstairs bedrooms did not have air conditioning. The rest of the time the temperatures dropped to the 70's and it was not a problem.
