We had a great stay. Ballard is a nice, safe area as a base for seeing all the Seattle sights. The house was spotless and the hosts accommodating and friendly.

Beautiful cottage in Sunset Hill
I reserved the space for friends visiting for my wedding reception, the hosts were quick to communicate and very friendly! It was a beautiful space and very convenient Ballard.

Perfect Guest House
We loved our stay in this ideal location with friendly hosts and all the creature comforts one needs. The neighborhood is quiet and alley parking a convenient plus. We hope to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The Guest House was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It's located in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. It also had a lovely patio to enjoy :)

Perfect Town, Perfect Place
We stayed for a week here and fell in LOVE with ballard and the property. Since the owners live on the property it's easy to ask for special requests and they will have lovely reccomendations for food/activities/etc. Will be staying here again!

Great experience
This was a great experience for us. Communication with the host was very quick, the place was nice and clean and comfortable. Parking was abundant and the neighborhood was quiet. Exactly what we needed, we will be back to stay again!

Lovely and comfortable
Very nice stand alone cottage, well set up, very comfortable bed. Sunset Hill Park, which has great views over Puget Sound and on clear days, the Olympic Peninsula is just a few blocks away. Very nice neighborhood.

An excellent experience!
My wife and I loved being here. It was very close to our son and daughter-in-law and THE NEW BABY!!! We needed help to get in late our first night because of an airline flight that was delayed about 2 1/2 hrs and our hosts accommodated for us graciously. They even had a few house warming gifts for us. The whole place was immaculate. We will be staying here when we come to Seattle to visit our family in the future!!

Spotless, very pretty inside and out. Imagine my surprise when I needed an ice pack and there was one in the freezer. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped. Excellent quality. Quiet location. Private garden outdoor area/ patio. Nice shrubbery, some flowers in bloom. Parking reliably available right in front of the house. Absolutely top quality. Easy to communicate with owners, very responsive.

Quiet neighborhood stay
The sunset hill guest house is just blocks from the park which has spectacular sunsets. The family neighborhood is quiet but close to coffee shops and restaurants. The cottage was immaculate and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. Easy street parking and friendly hosts. Be sure to catch the Ballard farmers market on Sunday mornings!

Cute and comfortable cottage in Sunset Hill
Located in a very cute neighborhood, this place was very clean and comfortable. There was a smart TV, good cookware, and washer/dryer. There’s a very helpful booklet of neighborhood eats. I only wish there was a full length mirror and a rod to hang clothes on. There are coat hangers/racks but it is not the same. It is nestled in a very cute yard. Check in was easy. Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Yeon was welcoming, and met any need we had regarding our stay. The ADU was beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable to be in. It is well situated on Seattle. This is a 5 star place. Looking forward to returning.

Sweet home away from home
Very comfortable stay in a very warm and welcoming home. Super clean, easy access from front or back, comfy bed, nice fridge and stove, small, but nice bathroom, new washer/dryer that worked well, comfy couch, and best of all, very nice hosts. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed the guest house and neighborhood a lot. Parking was always available. Space was clean. The ability to do laundry was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful. The house book also provided things to do and food recs. Would stay here again. I think the only thing the property could benefit from would be a full length mirror.
