- The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of one locked mudroom closet. Guests will be granted access yo the home via a smart lock. Ring camera at the front door.
* The cleaning fees noted are for short-term stays; cleaning fees for long-term stays will be discussed prior to a confirmation. We will simply pass along the fee the cleaners charge us to have the home brought back to the state it was given; we do not add any fee on top of the cleaners'.
