This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (sleeping 3) will be your home sweet home-base during your stay. Whether in Seattle on business, to sight-see, or visiting family or friends, you will love this apartment, the building amenities, and the location of Harbor Steps. Truly, nothing compares. Our extra sleeping option is a queen airbed with linens. However, this may be changed out to a twin 6" memory foam mattress.
We do not have sleeper sofas.

~~ About the apartment ~~

Up the elevator to the 16th floor, walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in over 750 square feet. Of course, free WiFi is included!

Living room ~ the living room features two comfortable and stylish gray couches and is tastefully decorated in shades of gray with teal and dark orange accents. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious along with the huge windows letting in tons of light. You won't miss the tremendous water views from every window. There is a 40 inch LED flat screen TV, stereo, and DVD player if you want to stay in for a night.

Kitchen/dining ~ right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with four stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the jet black granite countertops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. We have the dining table by the window so you can enjoy the water views over morning coffee and any meals you eat in.

Balcony ~ the balcony is just off the living room and offers outdoor views of the amazing views. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail while you watch the ferries and the Ferris Wheel!

Bedroom ~ a huge room, large enough for a comfortable king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention a large closet! Luxurious bedding in bold gray and white only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 40 inch flat screen TV in here as well.

Bathroom ~ very spacious with a long vanity, the bathroom with tub/shower is also remodeled with granite counter tops. The gray and teal tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied as well as a hair dryer.

Elliott Bay Paradise
Comfortable and clean with a fabulous view of Elliott Bay and all the action of the harbor. Well equipped condo and short walk the market and several restaurants. Super easy access into the building and felt very safe. Will be returning!

We visited Seattle for our anniversary and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The location is right off the water with stunning views of the peers, the Great Wheel and the harbor. We will definitely be returning :)

We were lured in by the pictures. We were very disappointed in the condition and furnishing of the condo. It felt unkept, the bedding was dated and not comfortable, the pillows were very fiat and were missing some pillowcases. The bathroom was in disrepair not feeling very clean and the towels were very cheap and not nice. The air was very stagnant, the provided fan was not sufficient for comfortable sleeping. The living room lighting was falling apart and didnt have light bulbs.

View can’t be topped!
Had a great experience staying here and would choose this property again. Very clean, kitchen supplies were great and well organized, I loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the nightlife and passing traffic but quiet with the windows closed.

Amazing Location & Views
My husband and I traveled to Seattle from the East Coast for the Taste Washington event. We've been a few times before the pandemic, and stayed in some cool rentals, but this one has been our favorite. You just can't beat the location - walkable to everything. The place was clean, had stunning views, and the host very responsive. Would love to stay here again next year. Highly recommend!

Tremendous view in a perfect location
We loved our stay in this apartment. Communication with Debra was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable, and the location is perfect. We never got tired of the view and that really is the reason to book this apartment. We could hear the elevator from the bedroom, which was annoying, but that shouldn’t keep you from booking here. You won’t find a better place.

Perfect location
Great views and close to everything we wanted to experience. Able to use light rail and monorail to get around. We had a heat wave while there and with sun facing windows and no circulating air, it was not pleasant in the apartment after noon. So many great places to eat nearby, Japonésa has great sushi and the Thai place at the top of the steps was amazing!

we can't imagine staying anywhere else!
This was our second stay at this property, and we truly love it. You just cannot beat the view and the location! The weather was incredible during our visit, so we were able to sit on the balcony each night and enjoy a panoramic view of the stunning sunset! We also love being able to walk everywhere, and being so close to so many amazing restaurants, the Link Light Rail, the ferry terminal, etc. In addition, the condo itself is quite comfortable and clean. We truly can't imagine staying anywhere else in downtown Seattle!

We were very happy with our stay here. From the moment we walked in, we were drawn to the windows to see the views! Being able to sit and watch the water, ships, mountains and people was SO much fun! If you like a place with a spectacular view, then this is the one for you! Great location next to the water front, and downtown. It was easy to walk to so many places to eat and shop, and it felt safe having all the exterior doors to the building being locked all the time! We would come back in a heartbeat!

I stayed here for a birthday trip with my best friend and it was an absolute blast!! The view is breathtaking and everything you'd need is in this unit. *if you're sensitive to noise while you're sleeping this unit is provided with several fans. The front door to the hallway is a little noisy at night and my friend and I found the fans to be the best solution for noise at night.

This property is spectacular for it's location and views. Everything is a half hour walk (space needle) or less to main attractions. Pike Place Market was only two blocks away. The condo itself was clean and nice, however, could maybe use some updating in the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Debra and the staff at Harbor Steps were very nice and accommodating. We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

Wonderful with amazing waterfront view
Excellent property with nice management. The location so ideal within couple minutes walk to pike place market and waterfront. Very clean with awesome waterfront view. Maybe I missed it, but only thing I’d recommend is that lack of air conditioning be listed in the description for the property. I didn’t see that was the case until it was time to sign rental agreement.

Great spot, pics say it all
This is really a fantastic location that is really central in Seattle. We had a great time sitting in the apartment in the evenings, watching the sun go down over the bay and Ferris wheel. While it only had one bedroom for the 4 of us, the air mattress was great and there was enough space for it to totally work in the living room, so we didn't feel cramped. The only nitpick we could come up with is that the kitchen supplies are a bit minimal, but there is a great little grocery store a few blocks away that is everything you need. You would definitely recommend this to other friends and family wanting to visit Seattle!

Nice view and central location close to waterfront pier.
The location is great for an AMAZING view and walking to waterfront and market, but it is noisy. The condo was nice, but no air conditioning, so we had to leave windows open, fans running, and the HVAC unit across the street and street noise was so noisy. The check-in and parking was a bit confusing, but once done, it will be easy to do again. Looking forward to coming back during rainy season and when pool is available!

Easy to walk everywhere!
The condo was centrally located to all the fun downtown activities and locations. We enjoyed eating breakfast at Fonte's, and dinner at Von's, both are right next door. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The shower head is very short so if you are 6 foot tall or more, you have to run around and duck to get wet- that is my only negative comment.
