OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the third floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed, Large flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY. YOU MAY NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOMS, ON BALCONIES, COMMON AREAS OR PATIOS.

Pleasant Beach Trip

this was our first time to Seaside. This condo exceeded our expectations. view is incredible. kitchen is well stocked. walkable to many restaurants and shops. will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This property was exactly as listed. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Beach access is directly in front of the unit and the views were amazing. We will look into this option again!

Everything was easy! The condo was just right for a quiet beach week. The kitchen is nice and has just about everything you'd need. There has obviously been some updating, and some things not so up-to-date, but it was lovely nonetheless.

the views are just what we needed. Beautiful!!! We also loved that it was so close to the beach, spent a lot of times walking the beach and going out to eat. The condo was clean and had every thing we needed. The bedroom window did let in a lot of cold air at night, it doesn't close properly and nights were cold. But other than that our stay was Great!!

Great location, but TOO LOUD!
Our stay would have been wonderful except for the upstairs neighbors stomping on the floor loudenough to make our light shake, and until very late at night. Zero sleep, sad on a vacation.

Perfect location
Location was perfect - walking distance to all Seaside attractions and a great base for exploring the coast. Property was as described. Loved that there was a Murphy bed so didn’t have to deal with the hassle of the sofa bed. Access to the unit was easy and everything was clean. But bring your own frying pans! The ones in the unit could use replacing.

Perfect location
The location couldn’t be better! Right on the Prom. Walking to shops and restaurants an easy stroll. The only negative for us was the noise! The people upstairs were the noisiest I have ever experienced! It was like having a heard of elephants above us. Sound proofing is an issue.
