We are centrally located in Ortley Beach, just a block to the beach. We are sandwiched between Family resort town of Lavalette with several eateries and vibrant seaside height’s boardwalk with several attractions, rides, water park, boardwalk, just too many to list.

Pretty much everything is walkable from boardwalk to beach to restaurants. Grocery store, departmental stores are just 5 min drive away

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE & LOCAL LAWS ★

- We are a non smoking / no vaping property. There shall be a $800 smoke / odor removal fee for smoking inside the property. We urge you to refrain from smoking at the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation , as most of our guest are families with young kids. Thank you.


OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS by new township ordinance

We are Now Accepting Summer Reservations for Guests 25 and over and Mature Couples & Adults 21 years or older subject to the conditions of Seaside Ordinance # 179. see below

As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in which all guests are under 21 years of age or attempt to bring additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.
