Beach Passes: You were provided four beach passes at the time of check-in. Upon check out, please ensure the passes are returned in the basket where you found them. You will be charged $150.00 per missing beach pass.
SECURITY CAMERAS: There are two security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One on front unit facing the driveway and another one on rear unit facing the deck. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property
Toilets: Nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing.
NOISE SENSITIVE: This is not a party house. We are located in a quiet, family-oriented residential community. Please help keep our neighbors and community happy. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.

***Note: Number of guests staying in the home cannot exceed reservation. Violators of this rule is subject to a minimum of $100 per unregistered guest per night.
***Note: The Property is a Smoking-Free Zone. No smoking/vaping in and around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $750.
***Note: Rental Property Agreements are required to be signed up with a valid government issued I.D. after the reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund. We require a guest list for each confirmed booking
***Note: No fireworks in or around the property. Violation of this rule is subject to a minimum fee of $500.
