"The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. "A lovely beach house in Gearhart. Very clean and a well-stocked kitchen. Access to the house was seamless and easy. The house was well organized and comfortable with lots of nice chairs and couches to lounge in. The outdoor patio was lovely with a 360 view of summer flowers. "

"Great location and property itself in terms of outdoor space was great. We got lucky with weather mostly. Kitchen could use some updating and more non-stick pans please for ease of clean-up. King primary bedroom, the mattress is failing on the immediate side you walk into, so had to use extra bed to be able have all sleep well. We are adults and don't need constant texts/email reminders of rules that I agreed to upon booking this house. Overall a nice place and we had a great time. Thank you. "

Cottages are comfortable, well stocked with linens and cooking supplies (pots, pans, serving sets). Bed sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable.
